This casino used to be fantastic, but nowadays it has gone the route of many European based casinos… they are limiting withdrawals unnecessarily and asking for personal bank details to be able to withdraw winnings.

I would like to be able to withdraw to the deposit method, and this website used to let you, but now they are saying “I know you topped up with card/PayPal but we need your private, personal bank account details to be able to withdraw to you”

They have broken their own terms and conditions with this.

So very disappointing, as it used to be a fair casino site

There are a lot of things that I can say about this site, but perfect isn't one of them. There are a lot of great games, but not too many, and the payment methods are not as diverse as I want them to be. However, I still feel like you can still make out a great experience despite having only a few games to play.

I think there are tons of problems with the site, though if you combine them very minute. It will also help if there are more payment options given to you in regards with the games that are offered.

Have never had problems with withdrawals even when winning big.

Only once I logged in through VPN as I wanted to gamble from my country and it logged me in through american IP address, so they blocked me on all their sites.

I can just recommend their sites, just don't never use VPNs :D

There's nothing bad to say about this casino or the casinos in their casino group.

Very poor site. I wish they could fix the design. It bugs out so much and you will also tell that I'm really upset on how they have treated me below.

I signed up to this site and deposited £7000. They locked my account when I had £2,163.55 remaining, because they wanted a proof of income. I told them I'm not willing to provide this as I think its personal and that I would like the remaining balance to be withdrawn to my bank account. I received an email a few days after, saying that the amount has been withdrawn to my bank account and that I should receive it in the next 2-5 working days. Its been 4 days. Usually my bank is quick and it takes a maximum of 2 days for the funds to be in my account. I went on live support and explained to them what has happened and they said to me that they will withdraw the funds and it should be with me within a couple of days. I received another email after a few hours asking for Account name, bank name, bank address, transite code (I have no clue what that is), a FIN number (no idea what that is either), account number and a swift code. They are making this process so difficult and It feels like I'm being scammed. I will be taking this on with the gambling commission and see what they say, as I have proof of all emails and live chat. I am sick and tired of being played around. All they need is proof of address and an image of the card and ID to show that that I'm the account holder. VERY DISAPPOINTED AND I WOULD AVOID AT ALL COST BECAUSE THEY ARE SCAMMING ME.

Love the bonuses. I can’t stand casinos that payout a little to keen members. It’s not like they can’t afford it. On ya 21 they keep giving out bonuses for those less fortunate folk.

Not much to say in the negative. Maybe could do with a wider range of games to choose from. A wider game selection. Withdrawals are a wait on most casinos but I haven’t withdrawn from 21 yet so can’t speculate.

Probably one of the most pleasant staff at any casino. Very professional and pleasant. Also grown up manner as opposed to childish casumo !!!!

They don't give the option to lock your withdrawals. Too easy to reverse ! Needs sorting this 21casino ! Could do with pragmatic gaming too. Good casino overall apart from this.

Only reason I've not given full marks is regarding withdrawals. I've made 2 sets of withdrawals, after opening my account I made a withdrawal on the Friday and it states somewhere it can take 24 hours for withdrawals to be processed. It was processed in under 24 hours and paid into my account the next day in the afternoon which was a Saturday. I think this is more to do with using one of these new online bank accounts where the processing is quicker.
Second withdrawal I made was a day earlier than the previous one and was processed roughly same time on the following day so again less than 24 which is good I feel. However, this one didn't go into my account until the Tuesday so a bit of inconsistency but all in all it's been more positive than negative. So second time around, withdrew a day earlier and was paid 3 days later than previous one, same account.

Lots of new shiny games. Very easy to deposit. I thought this site would have gone by now, but every negative review is taken down . I have nothing to add.

The withdrawal period is beyond farce. This site will clutch at straws to get you to reverse pending withdrawals. Shoddy practice.

Will I ever get my withdrawal completed! It’s been 3 weeks since an initial withdrawal of $2700 and while it’s pending, I received emails stating I needed documentation but never said what that might be. By the way, account was verified so I’m not too sure what else they could want. Funds kept getting sent back to account, of course for me to play more! I got down to $1000, tried to withdraw again, without success, and figured I might as well go again. Ended up bringing balance up to $2700 again. In the meantime, while waiting, I deposited more money. Completely stupid of me. I withdrew the $2700 and it wasn’t pending anymore, but it’s been three days and it’s still not in my account. So from beginning to today, been waiting three weeks! I think I’m getting the run around and now have no idea where the money is. So be wary....pending withdrawals can be reversed and then it takes forever to actually have the money you win back to you!

A huge game selection, a really cool and modern design, also a lot of fun campaigns and bonuses. Customer Support is always really helpful.

I can't think of anything so nothing to add, the new design is a lot better than before, so now its great.
