Money not received for a long time

Bronze Casino has closed my account for no reason. I had 600 euros on there of real money to withdraw but I am not able to withdraw due to them closing my account. It's ironic how they closed my account after trying to withdraw my winnings.

I have tried numerous times to contact them and each time they tell me I need to email. I have sent emails including the relevant documents they requested. This was months ago.

The last and only email I received from them was to say they had tried to contact me which was a complete lie. I replied with my contact details and unsurprisingly have not heard a thing. This was back in August.

Verification process was confirmed passed on 23rd July. Made a withdrawal request of €255 on 30/08/20 and this was approved 03/09/20. Still not appeared in account a week after being approved. Emailed support but no response. No reason for why it's not received, it's going back on to a card, not a bank transfer

I withdrew on the 25/08/2020 for the amount of €1600. Waited a bit with nothing happening so spoke to live chat who said I needed to give them my banking details again because I hadn’t since 2019, this is why there’s a delay. I done that via live chat and they said will be processed, but it still hasn’t been done.

No sign of withdrawal for 2000

I requested my withdrawal on the 7th August for the value of €2000 still to receive it on the 21st. Informed initially it should be with me in 10 working days by the online chat. Then when I chased it up once that had passed I was passed to a VIP manager who said she had requested a faster payment and it should be with me in 72 hours.

Still no sign and from tomorrow the 72 hours will be up. Starting to lose confidence that this will be sorted as I don’t seem to be getting anywhere.

Still not received my winnings

Made a withdrawal on the 3rd of August 2020 for 1250 . Sent all information required an was told to wait 10 working days for this to show in my bank . After a lot of rude an none helpful emails from my so called account manger Jill an beening told the same as lot of other people complaint about this company if you can call them thst . That my payment had bounced back an would be reissued a week ago an still no signs of the money I am owed . Stay away from this site it’s a scam

Not paying my withdrawal

I processed a withdrawal for €750 on 3rd August 2020 and on the 6th August 2020 I received a confirmation email that my withdrawal had been processed and to allow 3-5 business days for funds to appear in account.

I chased this up on the 12th August just to ask when it was paid. I was informed that my payment was paid out and had bounced back.
I was advised that Finance will be reissuing an additional wire for 750 euros and to allow another 3-5 business days.

On 18th August 2020 I again chased this up with the team just to clarify what day my wire payment was made as I had still not received the funds into my account.

I received a response back from Jill the clubs account manager advising that they are hoping I will be paid today but she was waiting for authorization.
My withdrawal has been fast tracked whatever that meant but was waiting for the finance department to open and process her request.

I was somewhat confused by this email but assumed that as she advised my withdrawal would be fast tracked and they were hoping to pay me that day that the funds will appear in my account.

To my disappointment I was advised that my payment was never re-issued as advised in the email dated the 12th August and I received no emails from Bronze Casino advising me of the delay. I was again told that my payment bounced back and that they were trying to re-issue my payment and to again allow 3-5 business days.

I emailed back advising of my sheer disappointment and asked how to raise a complaint, however this information was not forthcoming.

However today 19th August 2020 I received an email advising that the following “ There seems to be an issue with our bank system.
We will credit you your winnings ASAP once its its fixed.
We are very sorry for the inconvenience.
As soon as we pay you, you will be notified as fast as possible.

I want the casino to come pay me my winnings I am just being told conflicting information, no clear clarity when I email. An appalling casino that are clearly delaying paying out their customers.

Delayed withdrawal and verification tactics

After being with this casino for 9 months, I’ve just realised why I have never withdrawn before. Last year I submitted my verification details twice, I was asked a few weeks ago, all sent.
Now Sunday night, so we are on day 6 I still haven’t confirmation of my withdrawal. I submitted everything required In 1 email on 21st, for them to come back to me on 23rd to say they needed the info I already sent 2days ago again. So i sent again. They sent an email yet again the same day, asking for info I had just again sent that morning. I received an email saying they had all my documentation, and it will go to the relevant department for verification.
I looked on my account yesterday and saw my withdrawal is still sat there and able to cancel. Spoke to chat who said the verification process has been met and I will get my money soon. I asked her to remove the option where I could cancel. (Still not done)
Got an email today asking for all verification details I have already sent many many times.
I just want my money within the 5 days their terms advises.
Where is my money please, and why do u keep requesting documents I have sent time and time again.

Issues with verifying my account

I can't verify my account. I've sent all the required documentation and was advised on 20th June that all documents had passed verification process. Last night customer care agent on chat told me they didn't have the file and to send again then said they are invalid as there's no zip code on them. I have copies of all correspondence and chats. I have a pending withdrawal of 1300 euros.

Unwanted promotional SMS

I closed my account with Bronze some months ago but continue to receive unwanted sms messages.
Initially I was told by support that it must be a technical glitch, but I suspect they are coming from affiliates, the messages have continued despite sending numerous screenshots and messages to Bronze support who I are not even bothering to respond.

Payment still not received after 2 weeks

My withdrawal was approved on the 1st April ‘20 to which I have email confirmation/proof. As per the T&Cs I waited 5 days before trying to contact the Finance department by email to see where my money was to no avail, they seem to be ignoring me. Ive been in touch with the chat service on the website who aren’t much help, they keep telling me I have to send in the same bank statement relating to my card which I have done via email to the finance department and through the chat service on 5+ separate occasions now. On the 9th of April I spoke with the chat service again which I’ve attached the transcript of asking where my money was they tried telling me I needed to send in the same documents again. They eventually confirmed the finance department had all relevant docs. After not receiving the money again I contacted them on the 13th where I was once again told the same story that I needed to send in this bank statement. I’ve now sent in countless times. I reluctantly did so AGAIN and was told they would process it. Frankly I don’t believe a word they say now and would appreciate some help in trying to to resolve the matter.

Nothing really much I could say about what I liked about this site. The games were not that good. Some of the games you could not play and they were running slow.

I won over 1000EUR so I withdraw a 1000EUR. Now that's when problems started. They wanted bank account details which I never used in my life. I had to go around the houses explaining to support team that I never used or had the account details what they wanted. Then another issue was the amount I requested, they said because my last deposit was not over 200EUR, they were not able to pay my the 1000EUR because only able to get x10 deposit and removed the rest of my winnings and did not put back in my account. So I was robbed from my winnings and when I spoke to customer service about this, they did not care. Stay away from this site. They are thiefs.

Great customer service, prompt. Variety of gaming options, lots to choose from. Found online chat really useful and informative. Positives outweigh the negatives.

Some games took a while to load, and had various screen sizes. The only other thing I could say is that some games would freeze in the middle of playing.

Where to start. Wow too much to dislike. The verification process that takes 5 days if you are new player. The uphill struggle to get a winning paid out, I'm still waiting from the 3rd of February. Only been in contact with live chat, as support/finance are not emailing you back. I've been told so many things now from: your winnings will be with you in 5 days, to it's in your bank to contact your bank (have done they say but no money was paid) to now saying its has bounced back we got an email from your bank (spoke to my bank who said they never emailed them) I been promised proof of payment for over a week now but nothing.
I my opinion stay away from this site.

Nothing! I did not have a good experience with them. Games are awful, I can't really say anything positive. In my opinion, this casino can't be on Internet.

This casino is a joke and it should be closed down permanently! They do whatever they can to avoid to give you your money in a case that u won! This casino is a nightmare. I received my money 21 days after I request them! I try to contact their customer support. And they simply reply "will be with you shortly, technical issue..." I explain that I'm waiting already for couple of weeks and that's disgusting and she reply "I wish you good luck 😳"

You can deposit money and play games to win money. The pictures look pretty unusual games never seen before.ther are I suppose lots of depositing methods but that's if you are not a UK player

Wow too much to dislike. The verification process that takes 5 days if you are new player, The uphill struggle to get any winnings paid out, the chat support is powerless and useless at well customer support really. The fact that they are not supposed to take UK players but do then change the depositing methods so you cant deposit even though the UK option is on list of countries to select. The lack of or absolute no help from support or finance in responding to emails. I wish I read the reviews and complaints first before playing on bronze and split. BRONZE CASINO YOU NEED SHUTTING DOWN. Beware of steve VIP manager lol that's a laugh but you will see what I mean.

Very strange, maybe even a bit funny. Cant tell because I definitely will not make a payment on that casino site. Live chat operator "Tina" so called "Vip Manager" is trying to get rid of the customers, maybe it is her last day there? Or they are closing down and find it funny to say what they really think about their customers.

I followed this link here from AskGamblers and ended up on the casino site. Then a window opened telling me if I use the code BRZ15 to register I would get 15 Euro no deposit. I got no bonus at all! The operator was very rude. Here is the conversation but it is in German. Basicly she told me that the bonus is not available. Then I asked here if they are fishing customers with that and she told me, yes we are! Maybe it was her last day there or the casino is closing down and they don't care about customers registering with them. Very unprofessional. In my opinion this is not a serious casino. Be careful!

As a problem gambler I've asked 4 times now to self exclude. Emailed support and spoke to live chat plenty of times. Only emails I keep receiving back are bonus like we've credited your account with 15!! Its in my rights to want to leave this awful site and they wont let me !!!!

Was nice to get bonus free play until you meet requirements to withdraw money only to be told i need to deposit 50 euro before i can withdraw any money

The whole free play bouns is a waste of time you cant withdraw any of what you win after meeting wagering requirments as you have to deposite 50 euro. It is a huge waste of time.

Not much, Book of sun is a decent game. The amount of games seems good until you actually play them and its reminiscent of an old game boy. Alot of bonuses come up but next to no rewards from most of them.

Dated games with very bad bonuses. If your in the UK do not bother as getting your money out is a nightmare! All documents provided and they still aren't happy.
