LSbet Casino - The payments are horrible and the customer service does not provide solutions

On Monday, September 26, I decided to try this bookmaker and made a deposit for 491 usd, I had the intention of placing a sports bet but after seeing the odds and limits I decided not to bet my money and I wanted to withdraw it the same day so a first withdrawal attempt was rejected. When contacting customer service by chat, they told me that I had to bet the money in my account at least 1 time to be able to make a withdrawal, (this surprised me since I never accepted any bonus or read any clause like that) so I asked a solution since I was not willing to risk my money forced by a bookmaker. They told me that if I didn't want to bet they would deduct 10% from my funds and let me withdraw the rest, seeing that it was my only option, I agreed. Then I made the withdrawal for $441.9 usd on the same day the 26th at 6:30 am and I sent the email with my verification documents as requested by the same agent who explained to me why I could not make the first withdrawal.

After 1 hour of making the withdrawal through SKRILL and sending my verification documents, I received an email from LSBET confirming the verification of my account and documents and mentioning that the withdrawal would be effective and would reach my account within 24 hours.

Almost 48 hours have passed and after asking again for my withdrawal via chat they told me that it would be done no later than yesterday the 27th, which did not happen. I am afraid that they will never deposit my money and the betting page does not give me confidence at all. I already agreed to give away my money but I want my payment.

LSbet Casino - Withdrawals not processed as per their payment time frames
I deposit ~10k on a last week to LSbet. Have played there few years and have deposit much more in history.

I had a real winning strike and have now +50k€ stuck on my LSbet account.

Now there seems to be some problems on a withdrawals. I requested 3x1100€ (btw its real maximum withdraw, even site says 15k is maximum to neteller) withdrawal 30.12 and they paid only 1100€ to my neteller account. Every another withdrawal is stuck on a site and support tells everyday that "your withdrawals will be paid today".

Reason why im worried is that they have few complaints here and in a different gambling forums where they have closed account when somebody wins a lot and tells story where player have got dublicate account without any evidences. So I asked is everything ok with my account and every support agent said u have nothing to worried, we gonna pay your winnings.

So they say they will pay, first yesterday, then it changed today morning "because of holiday" but nothing has happened and it seems to be impossible to make even 3300€ withdrawal. Doesnt matter how much you have played or deposit in history LSbet seems to have principle where they owns money right after deposit and its allmost impossible to get back even small part of your deposits to your neteller. Even if u win with a fair play and bets and they confirms that everything is ok and your account is fully verified.

Made this public because u give great star rating to site but every agent lies to me by turns and changes the date when withdrawal is processed and now there is propably huge risk that they just close account and steal those winnings and deposits like in another cases if i dont lose those back. Three different agent confirmed that theres nothing wrong with my account and have made few withdrawals before without bigger problems.

I have three different chat coversations documented where i ask when you pay and is my account ok. Every time they promised to pay and says my account is verifies with out issues but still i cant get moneys to Neteller. Allso have my full betting history and latest terms and conditions if thats needed. Every safety checks is allso done and confirmed.

Hope there is some manager who confirms that site really pays if somebody sometimes wins and takes care that really happends. If not, site is really big scam which takes your moneys without possibility to win.

LSbet Casino - Confiscates my winnings after unfairly accusing me of multi-accounting
On June 20, 2018 I opened my LSbet account, with my cell phone (only me use my cell phone) and deposited $ 500, without asking for any bonus or other type of benefit. After a few bets I lost all my money, and when I tried to deposit again I could not because I had already reached my maximum deposit limit. On live chat I was informed that to increase my deposit limit I should first verify my account (the procedure kyc). After submitting my personal documents my account has been verified and approved and my deposit limit increased. Again I deposited $ 500, and again I did not request any bonuses. However, this time I won a few bets and my balance went to $ 4000. The next day I received an email requesting a photo of me holding my ID and saying that my account would be suspended until the photo was sent. I sent this photo and after waiting more than a week I received another email saying that my account is duplicated and my winnings would be confiscated. LSbet is acting extremely dishonest. Without presenting any evidence they have only said that I have violated section 1.2.4 which states "1.2.4 The Player's Account must be registered in his / her own, correct, name and personal details and it shall only be issued once for the Player and not duplicated through any other person, family, household, address (postal or IP), email address, or any environment where computers are shared (eg schools, workplaces, public libraries etc), and / or account in respect of the Services, any other accounts which the Player opens with the Company, or which are beneficially owned by the Player in relation to the Services shall be "Duplicate Accounts".The Company has the right to close any Duplicate Account (but shall not be obliged to do so). " It seems to me that they are just making excuses for not paying me what I have legitimately earned. I do not have another account in LSbet and neither anyone else could have used the same device as mine because I used my cell phone. No one else makes use of it. What makes the dishonesty of the LSbet more evident is that after losing the first $500 my account had to be verified before I could make a new deposit. If my account was doubled they would realize that at that moment. But they allowed me to deposit another $ 500 and make several bets. Once I made a profit, they suspended my account and confiscated my earnings. And I wonder why I would have duplicate accounts if I do not use bonuses? These accusations are meaningless, unless they're just wanting to keep my money.

I give 1 star regarding your withdrawal process is too slow. I contact your support team, each time they confirmed that the transaction will processed today but not the case. I have a pending withdrawal processed on 2023.11.04. at 01:26 am, ID References <number removed> not yet completed, it's more than 3 day's.
I already contact your support team they confirmed to me that the withdrawal will processed yesterday 06/11/2023 but until the moment the transaction is still pending.

Site looks modern, has a big variety of sportsbets, casino slots and does not charge any taxes. also several deposit & withdraw methods. They also offer a live chat, but cannot recommend to use it since you most likely won't get an answer when contacting them.

The reason for 1 star is their understanding of responsible gaming. They don't offer anything to set yourself limits, take breaks etc.. Even if you contact them several times via live chat, they will not close your account, just simply ignore you. In addition, they do not respond to any of your E-Mails. They simply don't care about it, they only want to see you paying their bills. This is definitely a no go and askgamblers should seriously consider legal actions against this provider, because I am not the only one.

Their responsible gambling does baffle me a lot. That's why I'll give a low rating for the casino. As responsible gambling is very important and serious issue of any casino. Reason I'm saying this is that I've requested self exclusion over year ago (September/2020) within email to block my access permanently to their site, to their sister sites and completely stop marketing (emails etc). They did not do this at all, so my account was kept open just like nothing has happened or requested.

Because they did not close it, I managed to play and lose quite bit (this is why I requested closure sept/2020 as gambling addiction) on this summer on their casino. Then after I sent them email to ask what's going on why my account we're not closed back in 2020 sept. They just replied that my account is closed _now_ have good day. And no further replies as I wanted to know reasons for why it was not closed when I requested in first place. And even though they closed it now I STILL got marketing emails from them afterwards?!

LSBET Sent a bonus 5 Euro no Deposit I took advantage of the casino is good; You can see the slots license, wanted in the future to make a Deposit, but then I got a bonus 10 Euro no Deposit, I wrote that I want to activate I refused.

No commissions apply to the German sports market

A week after my registration on the site, LSbet has already limited my gaming account.
I always wagered only 200 euros, my deposit and after three bets they limited my game account to 10 euros per bet. I asked the chat the reason and they said "the trading department has decided to limit his account and they can do it without explanation". And I add that I have a limited time to be able to convert the bonus into real money, 60 days. This means that I have to spend much more time looking for more than 60 bets of 10 euros each.
Incredible.

Fast KYC verification and withdrawal. Live support in many languages. However, the overall experience is still negative due to the problem stated below.

LSbet refused to credit the cash bonus of 60 EUR that I have qualified for in their promotion "Virtual Runner" ( < direct link removed >).

The operator informed me that I was not qualified because I did not make a deposit in November. I have pointed out to the operator several times that the Terms and Conditions do not require to make a deposit. It was ignored.
LSBet has no valid reason to not credit the bonus, since all the conditions of the promotion were met, and I never received a message stating that I was excluded from promotions.
I still hope that this situation will be resolved and I receive my bonus, otherwise this will mean that the operator pays bonuses and prizes from promotions at its discretion and uses the rules not specified in the terms and conditions, such as requirement to make a deposit.

Verification took only 30 minutes after sending documents, and I got the money in that time as well? If you play no deposit bonus, they do not require any deposits to be made for withdrawal. This is a huge plus because many casinos require that.
