On 5th October I won 8380 Euro at LSbet casino. I have only played slots and roulette and I have not used any bonus. Shortly after I have requested a withdrawal they were claiming that I had opened a duplicate account and therefore they will not pay my winnings. It is not true that I have opened a duplicate account and it is impossible that someone else was playing at LSbet under the same IP address, because I played only from home and I have not shared my home internet connection with anyone else.
As reason for confiscating my winnings they are quoting the following paragraph from their terms and conditions:
"1.2.4.1 All winnings, bonuses, Free Bet bonuses and winnings accrued from such bonuses and Free Bet bonuses using that Duplicate Account will be voided and forfeited"
This paragraph clearly states that only winnings that came from bonuses or free bets using a duplicate account can be confiscated. I have not played with any bonus, so even if I would had opened a duplicate account, they can not confiscate my winnings.
The accusation that I had opened a duplicate account came right after a big win, before that I was either losing or only winning small amounts at LSbet and they allowed me to play. I have provided them with all documents they asked from me, including a photo from me holding my ID, but they never provided me with any proof for their accusation.

Today I have received an email from LSbet support informing me that my balance was restored and that I may request a withdrawal for it, which I did. Once I have received the amount I will write an update.
