Cherry Casino - So slow on a withdrawal request
I have had an account at Cherry Casino for more than a month now and have made regular deposits. Outside of this delayed payment issue, they seem like a great casino with a fresh look and feel. On October 21, I made a deposit of 300€ from my credit card and played the slots with that real deposited money. I ended up winning a balance of 8420€, which I decided to withdraw after I stopped playing. On the length of the withdrawal process, Cherry Casino states on their site: “We will do our utmost to process any withdrawal as quickly as possible and usually they are cleared within 24 hours, but it could take as long as 72 hours depending on workload.” My withdrawal has now been pending for more than 6 days after all requested documents have been approved. After more than 72 hours had passed, I contacted the casino support on October 25. The Cherry Casino support is very kind and quick to respond but unfortunately they have not been able to tell me when my money will be transferred. The first explanation was that there is a technical issue regarding my withdrawal and their technical department is working on solving the issue as soon as possible. Since then, the delay reason has changed to an ongoing security check and they have told me that as soon as that is completed, the money will be transferred. I respect security checks, but there has been enough time for Cherry Casino to complete the process. I hope this issue can be resolved quickly and I kindly ask for Cherry Casino to complete the withdrawal and transfer the 8420€.

Cherry Casino - Too slow on withdrawals
I went into cherrycasino and talked with customer service to ask some questions before I started to register an account. A guy named "Hugo" answered all my questions and I was very impressed of the great service I got from him. He is a really nice guy, to bad I didn't meet him again after asking about my money for 10 days now. The rules are very clear about the bonus: 50 NOK max bet, so I made a deposit of 1500 NOK and doubled it with the bonus. I always followed the 50 NOK max bet playing only jackpot6000 slot. After I lost my real money and bonus, I cancelled the bonus and made another deposit of 1500 NOK and got another 1500 NOK with bonus. This time I went 50 NOK bet and finally I hit the jokers and won 30000 NOK. After that I wagered the entire bonus and made a withdraw of 31000 NOK. I sent all the documents required and all the documents were verified the next day. Then after almost I week I went in and asked why the withdraw didn't happened yet, and I get the same answers every time. It's either a security check or it's into the financial department waiting to get withdrawn. Now it's been 10-11 days and still I get the same answers, and it's just a shame because I play on different casinos for several hundred thousands of dollars every year and no one has been this slow with the payment. Just to be clear, I have nothing against cherrycasino. The have been mostly kind and it seems like a great casino, but you just can't treat a customer that way. I felt like most people just copy/paste the answers every time I was in there to ask about my money. I hope we can figure this out fast and peaceful and that they won't delay the withdraw next time.

The customer service is the worst experience I have ever had, I've made a deposit of 50€ and received a bonus, which has not been credited to my account. After contacting the customer service, they've told me it has been forwarded to the responsible department. After two weeks, Nothing has happened.
No compensation, no Bonus, nothing. Took my money and I can go duck myself. I really hope that a representative reads this.

They have a good range of games but who doesn't nowadays? They have also some nice promotions but I would like to get more from a welcome pack than some Free Spins.

They really lost the customer experience touch for a while now. They used to care about the player and do nice innovative features but nowadays they come out so aggressive and some practice are not really ethical. I haven't seen anything new form this Casino for a while - I understand they grew a lot but it sounds like the more they grew the less effort they put into the player's experience. Used to be one of the great ones but ... not really anymore.

Many games. Both casino and sportsbook. Weekly bonuses. Design is good. Live chat option. Many cool slot machines, where one can win a lot of money. Funny to play.

They mix up casino and odds bonuses. Sometimes they send out an e-mail with a bonus that says it can be played both on sports and on casino. They often refuse this, until you speak to the 5th customer service agent. They often spend weeks to reply, and by that time the bonuses has already been expired, and I as a customer has lost money. It really seems customer service and they apartment that handles disputes does not check complaints thoroughly.

Until they fix their customer service department, including those on live chat, I can't recommend anyone to play there since they could lose money on this. It is very sad. Perhaps they will respond here and say that they will have a look at my case, but I am interesting that they will educate and fix their customer service for all of their customers - not only for those who complain. This is not about me, but all the players that use or used Cherry Casino.

I do hope they improve.

Play for a while in this casino. In the beginning it runs quite smoothly. But over time, you show her true face, a player damaging! They delay payments, the support does not respond at all, or only after a long time. And then you lie that the beams are bending. They intentionally delay payouts, probably in the hope that the player continues to play.
There are so much better casinos

Idk why, but when I first saw the logo, it reminded me of something else. Lol! Other than that, love this site, the design is near flawless and cash outs are super rapid on here. Like the game selections and bonuses too.

Great website, design is flawless and easy to navigate.
Fast verifications and fast payouts aswell, got my pending withdrawals and docs sorted out within 16 hours (and i slept 8 of them since it was nighttime inbetween)

5% fees on deposits, buggy games, no live support as advertised, withdrawals take 72 hours to even be looked at at all, verification 3 days. Why play somewhere so stuck in the past when you can play at much better places?

Very good Casino. They website is designed very good, everything is easy to find.
+ They have a nice game selection.
+ They have many deposit options.
+ I have never wait more than 24hours for a cashout. During daytime I had sometimes my winnings within minutes on my skirll/paypal wallet.
+The only reason why I did not give them 10/10 points is that they changed their bonus policy. Previously if you win, you can cancel bonus and cashout your winnings. Now is your bet mixed with real and bonus money. Is better than a lot of other casinos bonus policy, but no so awesome anymore.

Their website design meets the eye. Promotion offers are okay a little bit above average comparing to other Casinos with Netent software.

I made a few deposits, I think 3 and I am getting some no deposit freebies, from time to time so they are trying 2 times and are not giving-up instantly on new customers or just one time depositors who were not impressed or they just did not liked the Cherry Casino platform. Solid and 0 negative aspects but it's my opinion did not play a lot here so please take it to account :)
