Only offers Bitcoin as a withdrawal option, despite deposit options being varied. I deposited by MasterCard. Have asked for alternate methods for withdrawal via email and chat. No answer. On 20th October 2019 an employee of Riviera Play manually made a withdrawal of my winnings totalling £1,210, confirmed below -

The terms and conditions of payment state it will be paid between 2 and 12 days, which is an acceptable time to process.

However, It is now approaching one month and I have still not received the money.

Delayed Account Verification & Payments

I registered with Riviera Play on 11/09/19 and deposited £1000. I then won on a few roulette games and my balance currently sits at £4850. I went to withdraw my money on the cashier section and it stated I could only withdraw max £500 at present due there being withdraw limits on my account. So I went ahead and have a current pending amount of £500 requested on the 11/09/19.

On the evening of the 11/09/19 and next day 12/09/19 I decided to try and find out why I had limits set on my withdrawals via live chat. To my amazement there is never anybody on live chat and luckily on the off chance I managed to see someone called Mat connect late yesterday. He told me to send verification documents of ID, address and card details to < email removed >. I had already sent these earlier in the day to [email protected] but got bounce back emails form the address. This address is the only one they advertise on their website.

Mat emailed me back and stated that the documents were received and that it will take 48hrs to validate them and then a further 10 days to process the withdrawal I made of £500. He also stated that there was a software related issue as to why I had a withdraw limit of only £500 and that he sent a request to the tech team to fix it.

Thank you for your email, I would really appreciate a bit of quickness put on this as its a large amount and I can currently only get £500 in 10 days of my balance due to the limit. I want this done asap so I don't have to wait another 10 days after that to withdraw the rest.

You state these things are in your terms and conditions yet I don't see anything anywhere on your site that gives information about where to send your documents or how long it takes to process them. So I dispute what you are saying. By the lack of customer service and not being able to get hold of someone at riviera play you are giving the impression off to customers that you are a fraudulent site.

Please update me at the earliest opportunity after 48 hours to state when I will receive my first withdrawal and at what point I can withdraw the remaining £3600. I will not accept having to wait weeks maybe months to withdraw my balance in £500 sections.

As I stated at minimum If I am not able to request a withdrawal for the £3600 in the next week I will be contacting your country's regulator. You state its a software issue then I expect you to correct it very quickly

According to our terms and conditions you accepted when joining, it takes two business days to validate documents and until 10 business days in order to send the first withdraw.

Regarding the withdraw limit it is a software issue, which depends on technical service. We sent them also a request and we hope to receive a feedback from them as soon as possible.

Be sure that once we have an update, you will get it straight after.

Today is the 13/09/19 and I have sent Mat numerous emails today to ask for an update on my verification and the removal of my withdraw limit. I have not had any response. Suspiciously there is yet again absolutely nobody on there live chat service and when I asked yesterday why this seemed to always be the case they suggested it was because the chat system was in beta version!

As I am talking about such a large amount of money and to see so many negative reviews of this company who I now see are not licensed any help to force this company to pay me my money would be much appreciated. I hope fingers crossed they turn out to be legitimate and stick to they're word but the facts remain that Riviera Play look very suspicious.

As its such a large amount and I if I am completely ignored in the next few days,weeks (as many customers on here have advised) I am getting ready to report this to the Curacao gambling regulator.

Any help would be much appreciated in this matter as I just feel utterly hopeless at the fact that I may have lost my deposit of £1000 and infuriated at there lack of communication and treatment of there customers

I requested a withdrawal for £1000 on Aug 14th. It has been pending since. I have tried to contact the casino by support but every time I receive this message

Your message wasn’t delivered. Despite repeated attempts to deliver your message, the recipients email system refuse to accept a connection from your email system.

I have tried live chat but there is never anybody available to talk and I am told to leave an email and someone would get back to me. I have done this 3 times and nobody has ever got back to me.

Pending withdrawal and no communication

I am very concerned with Riviera Play Casino as after receiving a £20 bonus, I was able to end up winning £500, which I have been attempting to withdraw.

I have provided verification documents but I am now getting absolutely no responses from their support email address or ‘Mat’ who is supposedly an Account Manager and emailed me about the bonus in the first place.

Seriously delayed withdrawal

Hi,
I made a withdrawal of £1000.00 on the 15th June with Riviera Play casino and I am yet to receive it. I spoke to Caroline at the casino on live chat a couple of weeks ago and she said the withdrawal would be processed with 8-9 days and told me to expect it on Monday 25th June. Now is 2nd of July and they still have not processed it and left it as reversible. After I didn't receive the withdrawal when I was told I would I contacted Caroline again and this time she was very unhelpful, said I didn't seem to be too happy with my big win and when I said I wasn't happy with being told incorrect information when my withdrawal would be with me her response was "Come on Nadya" which I thought was highly unprofessional. I tried to close my account with the casino several times in the past due to being worried about gambling addiction but they re-open it every time and put bonus money in there to make me gamble and keep calling me and harassing me to play when all I want is my fairly won £1000.00 and for them to leave me alone. Delayed payment and suspicious activities

Hi! So i started to play in this casino 4/2017 and everything went ok, little slower than usually with withdrawals but still i got my money out from there. After that i have made 5 successful withdrawals and they usually pay it in 1 month. But now my latest withdraw request which i have made 7.9.2017 is still pending. I sent them many e-mails and tried to contact them by live-chat without results because they are barely never in live-chat. Then i finally got answer from them by e-mail in 2.10. that they request my documents again and credit-card info without blanking any numbers. And this is very suspicious because no casino or other authority requests a photo of credit-card without blanking the middle numbers. Of course i hid my cvv (securitycode) to prevent them any abuse of my credit-card + prevented all internet actions from my credit-card. So my money is safe. I sent them my documents as they requested then it took again 2 weeks to get answer from them saying: "The documents have been validated, we weren't receiving your emails (spam). The financial department is going to proceed the withdraw as you weren't active on the casino it might have postponed the withdraw." After this i asked of course that how long it should take to get my money and latest answer from them were "As we told you, you have to be active on the casino. Since you haven't played a month and a half and since your last withdraw, it made the withdraw process slower than before." After this i made couple minor deposits and they were made 17.10. and 24.10. But after these, still nothing has happened and i have sent them couple of e-mails again without any answers. This casino is very shady because of their actions and their payment times + their customer service/support is not existent. £150 Withdrawal still not processed

Its been roughly a month since I requested a withdrawal of £150 and I have still not received funds or been able to make any contact with the casino. If 'Caroline' does manage to join a live chat session, she goes all shy when I identify myself. I have been successful in receiving funds from this casino previously (although it was hard work) so on requesting my second withdrawal of £150 I decided to close my account as the withdrawal process was too slow. I've read that this site has a minimum withdrawal of £250 so I have contacted them and asked that if this is the case then can they please reopen my account and at least let me try my luck......but still no response. feel like that my £150 may have been stolen :(

Waiting a month for cashout or response

I cashed out for $350 on April 16th. Waited, only got an email telling me how to cashout, though the options weren't the same ones that I had when I pushed withdrawal. On live chat I was told that I needed to present verification info, which I did. Since then I have tried to contact them via email and live chat with NO RESPONSE at all. I am still waiting. Of course, there is no number to contact them, so email and live chat are the only means I have. This withdrawal was from a bonus, which I met and exceeded the terms of. This place is a crock, don't spend your money here because even if you win you still lose.

Absolutely nothing, zilch, zero, ....to enter a positive I would have to tell a lie and I'm much not honest to do that, I joined up in good faith but soon realised that I had been a gullible fool and ill never play on any curacao based online casino again.....indeed I'll not play on any online casino again as these guys put me right off the idea.

Everything, No Online support, No Paypal deposits, Zero chance of winning more than you wager, Card deposits of saying £25 end up costing you over £28 through currency exchange costs and fees, you have to give way to much confidential information for withdrawals (in the unlikely event you'll ever win anything), High profile slot Games shown on site to sucker you in are not available so your left to play poor quality slots instead..

Learn from my mistake and avoid at all costs.

I was really excited when I realised that some Rival casinos have become accessible again to me. Well, it's not like I love playing Rival games, but it was just knowing that the blockage was no longer there that brought some happiness. No doubt that a few of the older Rival games were indeed favourites of mine, so I was keen to play them again after so many years of being blocked off. It's just like a new found freedom - excited at first, then back to normalcy soon after, and this was the case with Riviera Play Casino.

The day I found out that I could get access to the casino, I quickly downloaded the software, got it installed, and away I go into it, not wasting any time at all. The first thing I did was to download my old favourite games, like Secret Garden, Shamrock Isle, Cleopatra Coins and a few more. Having downloaded those games meant that I do not have to wait for the game to start, so avoiding waiting time. Once that was done, I next went into the cashier to check up on whatever bonuses there were for me, but I was disappointed to see a message saying 'new promotions are on the way'. There wasn't anything there for at all. Unsatisfied, I then got the casino's Live Chat service and asked the lady host why there wasn't anything there for me, not even that 30 EUR no-deposit free chip for new players that I was supposed to get after registering.

After checking up on my registration, the Live Chat host then told me that players from my country were not eligible to receive any no-deposit bonuses or free spins! Damn! There wasn't any indication of this anywhere at all, not even in Askgamblers, because I had checked up on it earlier on. Then I asked if that restriction also applied to deposit bonuses and free spins. Guess what? She said "yes". Damn! A second blow for me. That got me very upset indeed. What's the point of registering at Riviera Play Casino if I cannot get any bonuses or free spins at all, right? Any a brief moment of silence from me, I then told her that it would be absolutely pointless for me to play at the casino, so I requested for a permanent closure of my newly registered account. She was hesitant at first, but finally agreed to my request. And with that, Riviera Play Casino vanished into thin air for me. All my initial excitement ended in frustration, but there wasn't anything that I could do about it. Luckily though, there was another Rival casino that I could still play at, and that's about all that I can get for now.

This casino is a complete joke. They allowed me to play when I'm from the UK. There was no where to set limits or to close my account. The email they provided bounced back and was unavailable. The chat hosts were never there and when they were they didn't respond to my questions. Stay away from them.

Sometimes i even wonder why i even registered at some casinos or take their welcome bonuses,knowing my self i wont deposit there,well to be honest Rival Casinos has never been my favorites and how could they,have you checked their complaints history?
As i know this casino is one of the newest Rival casinos online but having all this complaints by players not good sign at all and reading some of them,how they change their T&C ,omg what a nightmare of a casino.

This casino doesn't pay, they talk to their customers they wrong way, sometimes you wait for livechat weeks no one will ever respond, I think this should be blacklisted, but somehow AskGamblers keep they here, and even promote new no deposit codes.

Had a go with the $10NDB which lasted an hour so not bad for a little fun.

$10NDB is sticky as in when you make a withdraw they take the $10 back. The catch is the max withdraw is $30 which they take $10ndb back and you have to deposit a minimum of $20 to withdraw it.

So in fact its a free $20 if you can pass wagering and go through the process of depositing then verification and withdrawing it. A little tight in my opinion.

Riviera Play is a casino I got introduced to last month. They are a new casino and they are provided by 3 software's and I find the combination quite interesting- Rival, Betsoft and Vivo Gaming which provides them with live dealer games. Casino is available on instant and download versions.

I registered there because I saw that they were giving no deposit bonus to new players. I signed up and as usually with Rival casinos I thought I would be able to claim the bonus myself at the cashier. But in the cashier were only welcome bonuses.

I tried to contact live support, but got message that they are offline and my message would get delivered to them. I visited them the next day, wrote again and got the same system message. Overall it happened for three days and I had almost lost hope to get in touch with them, but in the fourth day I finally was able to connect with live support. Agent was very kind and said that only now he would get my messages and apologized deeply. It seemed like they were having some sort of technical issue because the live chat really seemed professional.He then added 30€ no deposit bonus to my account. Quite generous offer, considering the fact I could play Betsoft games with it.

I started to play Mr Vegas slot, which is one of my favorite games. I played with minimum bets and soon got the slot machine bonus. In it I won only 5x bet size and I couldn't get any other bonus round after that, I know I should have changed the slot, but instead I was hoping for some last minute miracle and played until my balance was around 1€. Then I went to Diamond Cherries, which is one of Rival's new games. I played with 0.03€ bets only, and I got a few 4x bet winnings, but I ran out of credits quite soon.

Overall I had a good time at Riviera Play casino and I think they have really nice selection of games, I also think I would consider depositing there but I most likely wouldn't take their bonus, I read the terms for it and you need to have at least 2x bonus winnings, also bonus isn't cashable and at last the max cashout is 5x bonus amount. So that makes this bonus for me undesirable.

I would suggest to improve the support because it is frustrating to not get any replies (even email reply would have been nice) for so long.
