Riviera Play Casino offer games of several software providers such as Betsoft and Rival. I really like the games from these two software providers and that was the reason why I have decided to find out something more about this casino.
The casinos logo really reminds me on the logo of another online casino which is called La Riviera that is on the black list on many affiliate sites including the AskGamblers. Besides to the logo and the similar name of the casinos, another one detail has hinted that these two casinos are in a relationship and the detail is that the website of this casino as well as the website of the La Riviera casino, beside to English is also translated on the Italian and the French language.
I have decided to ask for that on the casino live chat. On their website it says that the live chat is available 24/7. However, on the mine "hello", none of their operators answered for more than half an hour. After half an hour it seemed to me as pointless to continue to wait and finally I gave up on the idea to talk with some of the casino live chat operators.
My opinion is that this is a casino with which you must be careful. Beside to the doubt that has some relationship with La Riviera casino that is not on a good reputation, here the pending time lasts even five to ten days, which is really too much. On the other hand, the welcome offer is pretty good. It is about bonuses with a percentage of 300%, 350, and 200% on the first 3 deposits. Considering the big bonus percentages, also the wagering requirements that are 35 x deposit + bonus for all 3 bonuses are not bad.
No matter what, the Riviera Play casino is not a casino that I'll recommend and I advise for caution.
Maybe I am wrong and maybe this is safe casino but Riviera Play casino has a negative rating from me i.e. 5 out of 10 possible stars.
