This site is totally rogue, Deposited, played and won 800 euros, now my withdrawal is just sat pending and has been for 2 weeks, support is never online, the phone number is invalid and emails never get answered but still this site sends bonus offers by email when they don't answer anything else......crazy .....certainly one to avoid people.

This company is a fraud. DO NOT DEPOSIT money here. I did £325, won and tried to withdraw £400. I was asked to provide docs (no problem as expected I would) but concerning you communicate with someone using a gmail email address. Anyway account was verified and that is the last email. I started chasing withdrawal to no reply. Live chat shows online and whilst chat connected it was either ended or simply never responded to. I then ended the chat once where I had no reply and clicked the "rated bad chat" as how my chat went but then got a reply saying to email. This been the same email address no one replies to. My pending withdrawal is still there but I doubt this will be getting paid and I think my only option is to charge back via the bank on the basis I've had zero service and the company is a fraud.

T&Cs really unclear. My withdrawal is stuck on pending and after reading the other comments will most likely will stay that way. No response from Customer Services after sending multiple emails and filling out online contact forms. I did manage to get to position 1 on their online chat once after waiting an hour but then got disconnected and had to go back to the start again so gave up.I wish I’d read these reviews first instead of the standard marketing ones that took me to their website in the first place. Avoid at all costs.

Big Scam! Deposited without any bonus, refused to pay of the wining and block account without any reason. Be smart and go play somewhere else!

Absolute scam site. I made the same mistake as others on here. Maybe a little daft on my parr but have learnt my lesson.... the hard way. Deposited £350 in one night. Didnt accept any bonuses from them. Tried to withdraw £500 in winnings. Still in pending. Sent all required documentation. No response. Nothing on livechat. No response to email. Absolute scam. The fact that I tried to deposit $30 into WinnerMillion Casino on the 2nd of May 2018, and the Deposit Button wouldn't work, I tried a couple of time's, but still it wouldn't work, next thing I knew a message came up to say my Account was Locked, and to send them my Credentials, which I have done on a number of occasion. Then my Bank let me know via SMS, that my $30 went though to Winner Million 14 times, to the Amount of $420, I was shocked, and I have been trying to get WinnerMillion to unlock my Account ever since, but they won't communicate, to my Email's by Phone or any other way, to tell me why they will not unlock my Account with my $420 in it. I have sent many Emails to winnermillion Casino, but they won't respond to anything I send them. I didn't get to play anything on the 2nd of May, they just took the Money, and then Locked my Account, this to me is Criminal Activity at its worst, I am very angry. I am an Aged Pensioner, and cannot afford to lose that much Money, I told them that in an Email, but it makes no difference what I tell them, they just won't respond to me at all, can someone please tell me if they have had this Problem with Winner Million Casino, when I click on the button now to play, it says your Account is locked, then another message says to renew your Password, when I try to do that, another Message says to send your credentials, which I have done many times already.
