I have complained on a near daily basis since last November. When is this site going to close down. It is robbing people of thousands.
I have stupidly spent thousands and won £3000 pounds altogether. I have received £1000 of it, 6 x £100 in January then 4 x £100 in February but waited since November!
I used to enjoy playing on this site but having to wait so long for winnings is appalling.
Like everyone else on here, I’m getting fobbed off with promotional emails and no one answering my actual questions.

i understood that he every things was mixed up ! We spoke about the november month, because the player mentioned in her first message, "November Month " so she mixed every things, this explain why i have also put the November payment screenshot.

Now let me clarify here the situation for once !

NOVEMBER CASE

1) The first player withdrawal was made by the 6th of November for total of 600GBP. this has been paid, and the proof of screenshot is below :

Payment proof in attachment. and also the proof of the withdrawal amount that has been made;

This case is now clear and closed!

January Withdrawal

2) The player made an additional withdrawal at the 31/01/2019 for amount of : 2000 GBP. she won following deposit of 131 USD which is equivalent to 100GBP : in attachment is the proof of the deposit before the winning

and she withdraw few hours later withdrawal please see in attachment the proof .

Please see in attachment our terms and condition for none VIP players .

To resume, the case of second withdraw, she made deposit of : 100 GBP and she won : 2000 GBP. 100GBP X 10 = 1000 GBP We paid (1460 USD) : Equivalent of 1000GBP + 120GBP for the bank fees. and delay of payment.

I hope that now all is clear. and hope we can close this case.

Payment of £800 winnings taking over 8 months now

Made a few deposits of around £100, winning £800. This has been pending for approx 8months (I can’t give the exact time as I’m unable to access the website). My identification was fully authorised as confirmed via email. Multiple emails asking for an update on my withdrawal have not been responded to. Can you help?

Made a Withdrawal of £250 sent my verification in as requested. after sending number of emails was paid £125 .They advised that the 2nd payment of £125 would be paid the following month ,they said to stay active as per there t&c but then closed my account so I could not I contacted them regarding this .then after 100 of emails in February they said sorry and asked bank details so they could pay me the outstanding amount of £125 it would be paid within 15 days still no payment . Sent 100s of emails since and no response what’s so ever .

Pending withdraw since April 2018

Hello I'm waiting 300 euros withdraw since April 2018. I send the documents and there is all good I withdraw 300 euros from my account and they say me in 10 days more or less I have the money but I'm waiting more than one year. They never answer the emails.

Hi I deposited over 1k in Dec 2018 and withdrew £250....I was given email saying delayed due to Xmas then another saying update in 72 hours...then one to someone called Zoe..I corrected them and got the same email back with a name change ...I'm still waiting for payment and they are still accepting money from me so account is active

I made withdrawal request 15/4/19 for 257€. And payment has not been paid to me. There is no active livechat support. You can only leave a message. I did many times but no response. I did send emails too but no reply from Winnermillion. Suddenly my account was closed without any explanation or notification and with positive balance (pending withdrawal waiting to be paid). When I am trying To login it is said that my account is closed and I need To send kyc documents. I did send those but account is still closed and just silence from their side. Help me Ask Gamblers to receive my payment. I have attachments Here. But I would like to keep those private because there are personal info.

Withdrawn funds never received and no response from them at all

So made a withdrawal back in December of £487. Spoke to chat to be told it would take 10 days downloaded docs and sent them on email.

I have sent several emails never had any response. Spoke to live chat nearly everyday for 2 months to either be told it will be processed there was a delay or they just stopped responsing as soon as i mentioned a withdrawal!

I had no bonus attached to my deposit so did not have to meet any wagering requirements. Then out of the blue they shut down my account would tell me why and never recieved my withdrawal.

Please can you give me the funds owed.

Hi ive sent loads of emails to Bruno at Winnermillion with my ID docs to be approved and not received any reply. I been waiting over three months for them to verify and now my account has be closed? I have £250 pending in my account, i also messaged their support by they just tell me to wait? All the contact number on the website looks like a bogus number. Please help.

Unjustified account closure and confiscation of legitimate funds

Hi Guys - Right I need some advice I joined winnermillion.com casino and I am from the uk, I deposited 600 gbp and won 710 gbp, I've tried to verify my account with them and i've sent them numerous emails and no response, I managed to get through to them on there support chat and asked them the same question and they have no closed my account, I need some advice on what to do next as they have fraudulently taken my money.

These guys somehow need shutting down and exposing for there scam, is there anyone who could point me in the right direction.

Stalling payment of winnings

Won £4,000 2nd wk in dec 18. Withdrew 2 x £2,000 Sent them verification documents and lots of emails my payment status showed as pending then my account was closed😡 They emailed me after Christmas blaming the holidays for late payment and told me I would only be payed out £250. Although I don’t agree some money back is better than nothing I thought. I’m still waiting. Last email last week said they will update me in 72hrs. Absolute Joke. Can you help ?
