This casino treats their depositing players poorly. I dropped about 6gs here in Oct and they gave me 80 fs as a second chance. When I complained and asked for a decent second chance they refused. So I told them to close my account. Then the vip upped my level 12 to level 16 as compensation making it seem like I was going up the ranks by 4 levels.. only to find out that the level structure had changed and at the end of the day, they had taken me down about 2 levels. This is bc at a vip. Level 12 there were 20 levels total and when they bumped me to 16 it changed to 30 levels total. They were selling to me like they totally kicked me up 4 levels...
