Kyc excuses

I am submitting this complaint regarding a withdrawal and KYC verification issue with Wild.io.

I deposited 400 USDT into my Wild.io account. I initially placed a bet on an MMA event, but the bet was subsequently cancelled due to an issue with the event.

After that, I continued playing casino games on the platform and increased my balance to 489 USDT.

When I attempted to withdraw my funds, Wild.io requested that I complete a KYC verification process.

I fully cooperated with their requirements. I submitted the requested identification documents through their website and, in addition, I completed a video verification call with Wild.io's support team, during which I answered the questions they asked and provided the information requested.

Despite completing all the verification requirements, my account has remained unverified for more than one week.

I have repeatedly attempted to contact Wild.io regarding the status of my verification:

I contacted their live chat, but I was told that they could not assist me with the verification.

I also contacted their support team by email, but I have not received a response.

I have already completed the requested KYC documentation and the additional video verification, yet I have received no clear explanation regarding the delay or an estimated timeframe for completion.

At this point, my 489 USDT balance remains inaccessible, and I am unable to withdraw my own funds because the verification process has not been completed.

I understand that Wild.io has the right to conduct KYC and security checks. However, I have fully cooperated with the process and provided everything that was requested from me. What concerns me is the lack of communication and the fact that my verification has remained pending for more than a week without a clear explanation.

I am therefore asking AskGamblers to assist me in resolving this matter and to help obtain a clear response from Wild.io regarding:

The current status of my KYC verification;

Whether any additional documents or information are required from me;

Why my verification has remained pending for more than one week despite completing the video verification;

And, most importantly, when I will be able to access and withdraw my 489 USDT balance.

I am willing to cooperate with any legitimate additional verification requirements if necessary. I simply want the verification process to be completed and my funds to be made available for withdrawal.

Hello, 1 week ago I started playing at wild.io casino and was trying to figure out fastest deposit options. I did BCH and DOGE desposits, they were too slow, so o proceeded with 1000 USD worth of ETH deposit from my Binance account.

I did deposit via pressing on QR code option and scanned QR with my Binance app, and not at any point I could've suspected that it would use wrong network.

Apparently, deep in Wild.io T&C there's a line mentioning that ETH must be sent via ERC20 network only, which is nowhere visible on the wallet deposit page. There are no any links to how to deposit section, nothing also mentioned in the small tooltip section there.

As result, I trusted that QR deposit address would be correct and trusted it , but since it was sending ETH from Binance, it autodetected it as BSC20 and tokens were sent via wrong network.

I contacted support, they opened an internal ticket 6080 and it's been a week without any progress whatsoever. Every time I contacted support, I get same "it's in progress" reply and that's it. According to Binance own guidelines, listed here: https://academy.binance.com/en/articles/how-to-recover-crypto-transferred-to-the-wrong-network-on-binance, it's same wallet address and recovery should either very easy (if wallet supports multi-network) or fairly easy (if not, just needed to export tokens using private key to a wallet supporting BSC20).

I understand that mistakes do happen, and that it's players responsibility to verify everything, but I must mention that lack of guidance in UI in the Wallet doesn't help to avoid such mistakes, especially when you result measures such as QR codes to provide mistake-free environment where you don't have to read all T&C before making a deposit.

It's significant amount nonetheless, which shod be fairly easy to recover, hence I raising the topic here for additional help and attention to speed it up.

I deposited 202 USDT approx on 6th November AM. There was an issue with my account not showing the bonus so support had to keep telling me my wager left. In the evening of this day I had wagered over 60% with a balance of around 750 left (202 of this was my initial deposit).

I logged in on the 7th and the welcome bonus had disappeared from my account. The welcome bonus is valid for 7 days to be able to beat the wagering requirements as per their terms and conditions. I raised it on this date, and every time I email or ask them (I’ve asked every day for the last 5 days) and keep getting the same copy and paste response of roughly the below:

I constantly ask for a manager to contact me and get ignored. I’ve also asked why they can’t just adjust my balance but still keep getting ignored.

I’ve since wagered my initial deposit but I should still have around 550 in bonus funds but I keep getting fobbed off

I’ve no choice but to submit this complaint as it shouldn’t take this long to resolve

Hello. Wild.io always reject my cashout 100$. Support ask KYC. Already do it over 2 weeks ago. But my docs not checked over 2 weeks. Status: Pending

Help me pls.This site ask KYC verification and don't want check it. Its not okay. Its longest document check in my life. How withdraw funds from this site if they ask for KYC and don't want to verify them?

I was told by the "highest authority " Easton that I would be paid my winnings and the account would then be closed for security purposes and now they are trying to take back what he said and has been very unprofessional and rude with me furthermore they won't explain to me why the account was closed he just keeps beating around the bush and avoiding the question.
