I am requesting your assistance regarding an issue with Wild.io Casino, which has been unable to verify my account since October 7th 2025.
Despite submitting all required documents and completing every verification step requested, including a live video call with their security department, my account remains unverified.
Since that time, I have not received any response or update from the casino. As a result:
I am unable to place any bets,
I am unable to withdraw my funds amounting to 622.65 USDT,
The support team has not provided any clear information regarding the status of my verification.
My account is effectively blocked, and I cannot access my own funds. I kindly ask for AskGamblers’ help in resolving this situation, facilitating the completion of my verification process, and restoring access to my account and funds.

Based on the abovementioned information, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
