Delayed withdrawal and unresponsive support

Pending litecoin withdrawl
Deposit 07.29. 26 21:27
Withdrew $620 litecoin
1 hour later, no litecoin received
Asked chat support what was happening. She said, its all good they were waiting for my wallet confirmation. She said they haven't received my wallet address confirmation.
I cancelled my withdrawl and withdrawled again, hoping I would get my emailed confirmation link
I said I haven't received the email with the link.
She said email support. I emailed support, waited 30 minutes. No response.. went back to chat she said my email wasnt received. Email security and support. No response.
Went back to chat, she said try emailed support and security from an alternate email address.
Emailed security and support with my account details and wallet address. No response whatsoever.
Woke up next morning 30/07/26
No emails in any inbox I used to email security/support. No litecoin in my wallet, litecoin still pending in my wild.io transactions.
I went to chat, she said she emailed security. No correspondence from security.
My KYC, I submitted info on my own, I wasnt asked to submit but that is pending.
Ive never had to wait for crypto withdrawls ever before this. Especially with no being notified of whats going on. I have gone into my emails to apply wild.io as a safe sender so i highly doubt im not able to see their emails.
I would like my litecoin withdrawl and some acknowledgment. Other then this issue it's an alright casino, i am disheartened that I may not receive the cash I won.
