Good range of Games. Easy account set up and deposit. I was asked for my documents after making a withdrawal and my account was verified and the first installments of my withdrawals have been paid out less than 15 hours after opening my account.

Games can be a little slow sometimes but that maybe my internet connection. I also had a few instances where it had logged me out or exited from a game by itself. Other than that nothing really negative.

What I like about this casino is that my documents were approved very quickly and my withdraw to my Neteller account (small amount) was also there in an hour. As far as that is concerned, they are very fast at that and that is of course awesome.

What I find a big downside is the support. It's like talking to a computer. If you look at other casinos, it can often be a bit more customer-oriented and more personal. That is not the case here.

And don't expect free spins or personal bonuses for all the deposits you have made. Again compared to other casinos, would be a nice addition.

The chat feature takes weeks before answered, obviously, the support team is unresponsive. Some pop-ups are disturbing my gameplay. Also, some slots are having lags and delays.

It allows £20 deposits but has a £50 withdrawal limit.

It also stipulates you must wager all that you deposit at least once and does not budge. I haven't encountered this before and felt annoyed that I had to wager more than I wanted to and had to basically win 150% of my deposit to get it back.

The outlook of the site looks very cool and also the big gaming providers are available.

Constantly pop-ups regarding joining their competition for a specific slot, you are playing and after 1 minute a pop-up disturbs you and I got upset often - especially when it appears during free rounds.
Laggy slots, it's terrible if the game round takes 10 seconds instead of 1 second.
Spoke to Team Lead of support because Book of Dead is not working and I received a template to clear cookies and cache. After waiting 5 minutes until someone accepts the chat.
No kind of proper promotions.

Joined yesterday (03/11/18). Good sports section, particularity football. However the casino games are fantastic. Loads of games I haven't come across before, HD and smooth running. Now the important bit! Won £900 and made withdrawal Sat evening. Made sure I sent all the correct documentation. Woke up Sunday morning and docs verified, money paid (3 days to hit account). This is the MOST IMPORTANT part of any review. They pay, they process docs quickly and they are prompt. You can't ask for more than that.

I haven't found anything. I don't use bonuses generally as they are frequently more trouble than they are worth so I couldn't comment on these.

Live chat is no use at all. I do not understand why those people there for doing nothing. So useless. Finish wagering and next they say-Your abuse our bonuses we void your winnings.- Yhym so we don't know how big amount per spin is allowed-and this is bad for players.- When abuse bonuses start when I'm bet 6€ - 10€ per spin its secret .

3. Live support is extreme poor quality they don't know nothing and players not received any information's from them.

Volt casino is a newly added casino to AskGamblers and I noticed them sometime around last month. I didn't see anything particularly interesting about them, so I just passed. When they got added to AskGamblers, I gave them a closer look and noticed they were giving a 100% match welcome bonus with only 10x bonus wagering requirements. Since they are powered by Netent, Nextgen and few other software's, I was really surprised by the bonus and it seemed too good to be true.

I also saw they are a sister site for Vbet casino, a place I discovered few months back and got my account suspended because of my local government laws. So before registering at Volt casino, I started a conversation with live support agent. I was told that they can't be sure whether I could play there and that I should check it with my local government. I decided to take the risk and made a 10€ deposit with skrill.

Money was in my balance right away, but there was no sight of the bonus. I went to cashier and there I could see the bonus, also what was odd was the fact I needed to transfer my balance from main balance to casino, if I'd want to play slots. But after I did that, the bonus still was at main section, so I wrote to support again. Chat lady was with me soon and to my question answered that the welcome bonus was only available for sports bets. Although I had read the terms, obviously not carefully enough, I did see something about sports, but in my humble opinion, if it is a sports bets only bonus, it should have been made more clear, written in bold etc.

The next day, still no sight from an email so I went to live chat and had a conversation one hour long. Support didn’t know anything at all, I had to tell all my details, wait, I was told to wait all the time..Then the bonus was cancelled and when I tried to withdraw I had an error message saying minimum withdrawal is 50eur, which support later confirmed. Since I didn’t want to put in more money just to withdraw, I hoped I could win enough to make it through minimum withdrawal amount. I played Twin Spin and Koi Princess and increased my balance for 5euros. Then I played Medusa 2 on mobile and although I got up to 28eur balance, I lost all eventually. But I had many errors both on mobile and on instant play, all games lagged and I got logged out too many times.

Overall I know I was at fault by not reading terms carefully enough but I think they could have been highlighted more. Support could be a little faster and friendlier and in general, if the game selection is decent, then they should improve their promotions.

Chat takes forever to answer a simple question. The bonus is for sport betting only, the t&c's are made up in a way that the casino always has the possibility to cancel any withdrawal.
Conclusion: there are much better casinos out there.

Good looking site, decent slots. That's all the positive stuff.

First, I made a deposit with 60€ which was transferred from my bank account to the website, but the money never showed up in my casino wallet. I wait a little just in case there's some lag or similar, but no. The money never showed up. I then contact the online chat support which, first of all, take ages to answer even a simple question. After some time waiting they answer me that I have to send in my documents for them to even VIEW my account. I try, politely, to ask for help with my money at first and later on I will send my documents but once again I am refused help. The support never even mention the money.

The "Documents department" is also a GMAIL account which sends bad shivers, seriously? I've never seen a public email account being used for precious documents. My guts tell me that this casino is a sham, I am sorry to say so. This site is exactly the same as Vbet Casino and thus the same horrible "Live Chat".
