No bonus and no sign from my withdrawal

Hello, Good evening. I had created open an account with Volt casino and deposited to claim 200% upon my $17 deposit. But I didn't receive any bonuses upon my 1st deposit of $17. No live support available there to discuss. So, I had decided to withdraw my $17 and withdrew $17 last week. But the strange thing is no record found about my deposit and withdraw in their casino. Please AskGamblers team,help me to get refund my deposit $17 only where I never placed a single bet or lost anything. Thank you.

Thank you for published my complaint. In order to get back my refund $17 , I had sent them my documents and after than I got a reply from them which I have attached with my complaint.

Ignored GAMSTOP self-exclusion

Hi,

In May 2018 I registered with GAMSTOP as I was aware that I had a problem with my gambling. However, on 6th March 2019, during a moment of weakness, I was able to register and deposit over £900 with VoltCasino despite me being on their self exclusion list. VoltCasino refuse to admit liability for this and will not explain to me how I was able to register and deposit a considerable amount of money with no verification and by using the exact same details that are registered with GAMSTOP. VoltCasino also stated in my correspondence with them that they would not accept me forwarding my GAMSTOP proof to them which I believe was an attempt to cover up their failure to adhere to responsible gaming practices. GAMSTOP are unable to send documents regarding myself to VoltCasino due to confidentiality. I request that all my deposits are returned to my bank account.

As you will see from the attached the above details that were used to open an account with VoltCasino match those on my GAMSTOP registration and I should not have been allowed to open an account.

No bonus, still waiting, bad support

I selected the bonus option and deposited £20 7 times, still not received my promised 50 free spins and my 200% bonus, live chat said it’s been passed on to the relevant department this was 4 days ago, need to resolve this or I’m going elsewhere . Every time I go into chat they aren’t that helpful, I want my 200% bonus and free spins before I leave a negative review!!!

Wants me to send verification documents to a gmail address?!

I played here and did not receive a welcome bonus. Support could or would not add the bonus for me manually too so I decided to withdraw 870 euro after a lucky streak. Now they want I send my documents for verification to a gmail account. I am more than willing to send in my documents, however I will not send them to a gmail account since I consider this to be highly insecure. I uploaded my documents already through live chat, but the support agent would not accept them and again told me to send the documents to the gmail address. Please Voltcasino, find a way to verify my account and pay me my winnings!

Bonus not given as promised

I made a deposit of 10 euros at this site and was promised the 200 % bonus. I had to press the "claim" button, so i did. The only amount that is in my account is the one that i deposited, no sign of the 200% bonus is to be seen. I have since registration been on the site talking to different live support members, and no one seem to understand the problem. They are just referring me to send a mail to [email protected]. The support is working very slow, and just giving me the same answers, it feels like they are not even trying to help me out. They are not answering my mails, ive sent maybe three different mails. They are not even responding that they have recieved it. 10 euros is not much money, but it feels that i have been scammed. How can it take more then 3 days for a support to even answer my mail?
