Same as I read in the previous review. My account is not verified for 4 days although I have sent all the requested documents and my withdrawal of 1000 euros keeps getting rejected. As I contact the live chat I am told "wait for the confirmation of verification email and then make a withdrawal", but they never verify my account. Live chat is useless, not providing any information. Tried calling, but their number does not work. AVOID THIS CASINO, I really hope that they are not stealing my money.

Today, my withdrawal was not approved as quickly as before. I turned to chat. The guy in the chat said that they will process my withdrawal only in MONTH! You read it correctly - in a month! The rules indicate that the maximum withdrawal period is 72 hours. To any questions why they violate their rules, and decide for no reason, to delay the withdrawal of funds for a month, I received only one message "Do you have any other questions for me?" And that's all.

Do not play with them. It's incredible. I already wrote a complaint in Curaçao, where they received a license for gaming. I just hope you do not fall into their hands. Most likely they are scammers.

WORST ONLINE SUPPORT EVER, They would take forever to reply. Ask for silly support Questions which have no logic. Wasted 30 mins of my time without even answering my question. This is where the site lacks initiative, generally funds are withdrawn or can only be withdrawn back to the last deposit method, in my opening cases with the site, they just return funds into your account and no explanation email, they just bounce back the withdrawal the whole time, and unnecessarily you would have to contact support to ask whats going on. They will in the near future need to implement this resource so that players are aware because this does become an issue if you make a withdrawal, log off immediately, next day you think to yourself wheres my money at? Come to find out its Denied and back in your account lol, its quite funny really, but they need to send emails if withdrawals are denied especially if you account is verified. Hope they get to read this, this really needs attention.

Vbet is a newly added casino to AskGamblers family and that was the first time I heard about them. I was really interested because they have various software providers, including my favorites- Netent and Microgaming. I signed up, verified email and then contacted live support and I was happy to see it was so easy to do. Few moments later I asked about their promotions and whether they have some no deposit I could have. I was told that they don't have any welcome bonus or free bonus at the moment and all I could have is a Cashback offer. I thought maybe I should wait a little and decided to not deposit right away. A few days ago I remembered about them and decided it’s the right time to try them with deposit.

I tried to login with my details but I got error message, saying the credentials aren’t correct. I tried again, then I reset the password, tried to login and again the same problem occurred. I was sure there was something wrong as I very rarely have such problems. I contacted live support, explained my situation and at first support didn’t know what was the problem. Then I was asked for my ID number, and only then I was told that my government has blocked gaming sites in my country. I was aware of that, but many sites still accept players from my country or just don’t allow to register, while here I was a member. Then support told me that for my security my account will be temporarily suspended and if anything changes in the future, I will be able to play there. I can understand that things like this can happen but I was very upset with the way they handled it. I didn’t get any email, text message, nothing that would inform me about this and I don’t think it’s very professional.

Overall I do think they are decent casino, I think they have very nice selection of games and live chat agents I spoke with were helpful and friendly. I just wish they would have informed me about my account being suspended because I was a member there.
