Vbet casino is Best and Fast Withdrawal. I like this Casino but some issues with the Live casino providers.

This casino is a joke.Their support is like talking to bots. I can't believe that it got such a high rating on AskGablers. First of all, It took them 3 days to verify me and they asked for documents that nobody do such as credit card statement i mean what is credit card statement?? They told me that my bank will provide me with that document but i just got a weird look in the bank when i asked for that. After 2 days they finally explained what they wanted just a transaction where you can see vbet in receipt. After i provide them with national id, bank statement, bank statement with transaction showed to vbet, they verified me. Ok all great right? Wrong. I told my friend for this casino and he wanted to register but he told me that he can't find Croatia on the list of countries. So i went and asked support why is that bcs i registered with Croatia 10 days ago. They said that they do not accept players from Croatia.. so i asked what does it say where i am from? He or she answered "Croatia" LOL. After that i asked is it safe to use my account he or she told me that i am ok bcs my account is verified. 1 hour later i tried to login but it says that my account is locked. Vbet is an excellent casino and I have no bad things to say about them YET! They have more games and software providers than almost anyone else I know and they are a very professional feeling set up. Live dealer games are very good and every single type of table games as well.

Well it took them a while to verify me but I have had no problems at all since then so the process is worth it. Rest all things are better only this is the main cause.

Worst verification process I have ever come across still waiting for my withdrawal to be processed. Beware before you sign up with vbet you have to send them a bank statement with the deposits you made to them so if your lucky enough to win in the first month you have to wait till you paper bank statement come through the post till you can get your winnings. They won’t accept a bank statement without there vbet deposits on. TERRIBLE customer service I’m just waiting for my bank statement so I can withdraw them going to close my account.

This is where the site lacks initiative, generally funds are withdrawn or can only be withdrawn back to the last deposit method, in my opening cases with the site, they just return funds into your account and no explanation email, they just bounce back the withdrawal the whole time, and unnecessarily you would have to contact support to ask whats going on. They will in the near future need to implement this resource so that players are aware because this does become an issue if you make a withdrawal, log off immediately, next day you think to yourself wheres my money at? Come to find out its Denied and back in your account lol, its quite funny really, but they need to send emails if withdrawals are denied especially if you account is verified. Vbet is a newly added casino to AskGamblers family and that was the first time I heard about them. I was really interested because they have various software providers, including my favorites- Netent and Microgaming. I signed up, verified email and then contacted live support and I was happy to see it was so easy to do. Few moments later I asked about their promotions and whether they have some no deposit I could have. I was told that they don't have any welcome bonus or free bonus at the moment and all I could have is a Cashback offer. I thought maybe I should wait a little and decided to not deposit right away. A few days ago I remembered about them and decided it’s the right time to try them with deposit.

I tried to login with my details but I got error message, saying the credentials aren’t correct. I tried again, then I reset the password, tried to login and again the same problem occurred. I was sure there was something wrong as I very rarely have such problems. I contacted live support, explained my situation and at first support didn’t know what was the problem. Then I was asked for my ID number, and only then I was told that my government has blocked gaming sites in my country. I was aware of that, but many sites still accept players from my country or just don’t allow to register, while here I was a member. Then support told me that for my security my account will be temporarily suspended and if anything changes in the future, I will be able to play there. I can understand that things like this can happen but I was very upset with the way they handled it. First, I made a deposit with 60€ which was transfered from my bank account to the website, but the money never showed up in my casino wallet. I wait alittle just in case theres some lag or similiar, but no. The money never showed up. I then contact the online chat support which, first of all, take ages to answer even a simple question. After some time waiting they answer me that I have to send in my documents for them to even VIEW my account. I try, politely, to ask for help with my money at first and later on I will send my documents but once again I am refused help. The support never even mention the money.

The "Documents department" is also a GMAIL account which sends bad shivers, seriously? I've never seen a public email account being used for precious documents. My guts tell me that this casino is a sham, I am sorry to say so.

I deposited 10 eur, but it didn't show up, so I chatted with support and they told me to scan my credit card and id to be able to pay. So I answered "Why?" and the told me they wanted to know the card is mine. I said its easier for me to play at another casino then and let them keep the 10 eur. Their answer was "its your decision". They gonna need that 10 eur I believe :)
