Vbet restricted me to withdraw money

Hello Askgamblers,

Please help me, I have been waiting for more than 15 days for Vbet to let me withdraw money.

The support answers me that they gave my account for verification, and they can’t say anything more.

My profile is fully verified and I have submitted all required documents.

It is too clear they are stealing me and keeping my money. I just want to withdraw my funds (210 €)

Please help me figure it out and get my money.

Vbet is misleading you and me, why are you rejecting my complaint, I am ready to give you all types of documents regarding the payment issue.

This is my statement... I can't uplaod it and send to Vbet Casino because of a data stealer issue with Vbet Casino.

You can check it in the screenshot also the UPI transaction ID APLAPa3ded4bd539e307f0766f2bcc628c2

I connected with the bank and they are saying that the transaction was already completed by our side that's why transaction details and UTR details were provided already.

I have my bank statement but I can't upload it here because of a data stealer issue with Vbet and vVet is not doing well you know very well about Vbet and their support or response to recent complaints against them.

I just won on supper win on slot Dead or Alive 2 - 44,774.60 $ completely honest!!!
I made a deposit before 6000$
After I tried to withdraw funds I was blocked for history check.
The check lasted for 4 months!
Today support inform : block the account without the right to unblock.
No more info.

After that I made withdrawal request:

346 000 UAH

My request received status Pendind.

The next evening I received an email from Felix support_vbet.com:

I decided to ask support chat what's happened and received an answer:

- I don't understand what you're talking about. I didn't break any rules

Not understanding what was happening, I decided to write to [email protected] , and told them that there must be some mistake on their part.

I received a response the next day:

I waited patiently, realizing that this was some kind of mistake and that soon they would figure it out and understand that I had not violated anything and they would unblock me.

I wrote every few days and received the same answer that the check was not completed yet, I couldn’t provide details and there was no deadline for completing the check.

Two months have passed and nothing has changed, I get the same answer. I can't log into my account and I can't receive money.

Two months is enough for any check and I suspect that the check could not find reasons not to pay the money and decided to do a check on me that will never end.

My account has been suspended after winning an American basketball match. They told me that my account is under review, and it has been more than a month without receiving my payment. VBet has locked my account with no reason

I have been playing on VBet some time and as I lost my balance I made another deposit of 1500€. I played it through once on slots playing bonus buys and break pretty much even, having 1505€ on my account now. After that when I tried to login I only get message 'client locked'.

I have after that contacted their live chat numerous times and always get the same response about reviewing my account. No review can take up to two weeks like in my case especially for a customer who has been playing all the time on their site and just made a fresh deposit playing slots.

I will try to be direct. On 04/17 I created my account on Vbet and made my first deposit (500 BRL). On 04/18 I placed my first bet and I won. Then my balance increased up to 1800 BRL.

On 04/19 I used a Freebet (welcome bonus - 250 BRL) and I lost. Then the next time I tried to sign in the site I received the message 'ClientLocked'.

On live chat I was told that my account would be in analysis for 25 days. The agent told me to send my documents to verify my account using e-mail. I did it.

But the answer was the same. I should wait 25 days and the agent didn't even told me why it happened. I didn't do anything wrong.

So 27 days have passed and today I asked if my account was available. The answer was they have no news about it and I should wait patiently.

It is too clear they are stealing me and keeping my money. I just want to withdraw my funds (1800 BRL).

I know it is not a casino problem, but if they are able to do this in sports they can do worse in casino. The problem here is not on the bets. The problem is the account locked with no reason. Please help me. It is too much money for my reality.
