This casino is a joke.Their support is like talking to bots. I can't believe that it got such a high rating on AskGablers. First of all, It took them 3 days to verify me and they asked for documents that nobody do such as credit card statement i mean what is credit card statement?? They told me that my bank will provide me with that document but i just got a weird look in the bank when i asked for that. After 2 days they finally explained what they wanted just a transaction where you can see vbet in receipt. After i provide them with national id, bank statement, bank statement with transaction showed to vbet, they verified me. Ok all great right? Wrong. I told my friend for this casino and he wanted to register but he told me that he can't find Croatia on the list of countries. So i went and asked support why is that bcs i registered with Croatia 10 days ago. They said that they do not accept players from Croatia.. so i asked what does it say where i am from? He or she answered "Croatia" LOL. Beware before you sign up with vbet you have to send them a bank statement with the deposits you made to them so if your lucky enough to win in the first month you have to wait till you paper bank statement come through the post till you can get your winnings. They won’t accept a bank statement without there vbet deposits on. TERRIBLE customer service I’m just waiting for my bank statement so I can withdraw them going to close my account.
