I have unfortunetly nothing good to say about this casino, I've visited many good casinos online and in comparison, this is garbage. It looks good though, sadly I judged this book by the cover..
First, I made a deposit with 60€ which was transfered from my bank account to the website, but the money never showed up in my casino wallet. I wait alittle just in case theres some lag or similiar, but no. The money never showed up. I then contact the online chat support which, first of all, take ages to answer even a simple question. After some time waiting they answer me that I have to send in my documents for them to even VIEW my account. I try, politely, to ask for help with my money at first and later on I will send my documents but once again I am refused help. The support never even mention the money.
The "Documents department" is also a GMAIL account which sends bad shivers, seriously? I've never seen a public email account being used for precious documents. My guts tell me that this casino is a sham, I am sorry to say so.
I have nothing positive to say about this casino. I never got the chance to play.
I deposited 10 eur, but it didn't show up, so I chatted with support and they told me to scan my credit card and id to be able to pay. So I answered "Why?" and the told me they wanted to know the card is mine. I said its easier for me to play at another casino then and let them keep the 10 eur. Their answer was "its your decision". They gonna need that 10 eur I believe :)
Vber site looking nice and awesome for playing. But sometimes in Live Casino provided by Bet Construct software has many issues:
1- Chat is completely slow.
2- Rebet or repeat is not working sometimes especially if we put minimum bet is on sidebets.
3 - Sometimes bet options not popup to choose hit or stand in Black Jack table.
4 - Balance transfer is really horrible. Maybe some technical issue in the website.
5 - Withdrawal process is really amazing and fast when compared other casino. Withdrawal money to your ewallet with in 30 min.
Only these are the main problem otherwise casino is Excellent.

Their home page is simply overfilled with tabs, and it takes time to find your way around, so that the navigation is not exactly easy. On the other hand I liked that on the page I found "Feedback" tab. I must admit I did not saw that on the pages of the other online casinos.
Besides casinos they also offer Poker, Sports betting, live games etc. Soon I discovered that the casino is in the second plan, I mean I did not find any bonus for slot players on their promotions page. However I made an account at the casino. Who knows, maybe they will offer some interesting bonus sometime. After all, I already have an account in a number of casinos, where I have never played.
Of curiosity, I contacted their live chat support. I was surprised that they have support available in several world languages. Also I realized that maybe is not the fastest but it is certainly a solid support. However considering that the casino is in the background VBET simply is no place for me, at least not for now.
