Thebes Casino - Payment postponed over and over again
As I can now see I'm not first one with same issue with Thebes Casino.

So here is my story...
Couple of weeks ago I saw somewhere advert of Thebes Casino. 200% First Deposit Bonus.

It was not big deposit, but I got lucky and finally, after wagering, balance was around 1400€.
I sent all mentioned documents to casino and they were approved.
I made a payout request for maybe 1200€ on 30 Sep 2020 01:32:54 PM.
Live chat said that process will take max 5 business days.

Withdrawl was cancelled 07 Oct 2020 04:20:46 PM without any notifications or questions to me.
Finally Live chat found explanation "Please note you withdrawal got declined as you had to must send a print screen of the Neteller account to confirm the account ID."
I took screenshot and sent it to given email while chatting with "Live customer service".
Just to make sure that they are happy with the documents, I took another screenshot with Mobile app and sent it as well.

Atthis point I decided to gamble a bit... and made a payout request of 1500€.

"Please allow 5 business days so that the review of your latest payout request can be made."

Asked about withdrawl status via email and live chat without getting any answers.

On 14 Oct 2020 03:51:05 PM withdrawl was declined again - no notifications or questions to me.
Again finally Live chat found explanation "Please note you withdrawal got declined as you had to must send a print screen of the Neteller account to confirm the account ID."

This time Live chat figured out that "there are no email sent" "or recieved".
I have sent quite many emails, but this is first time when two emails sended with two different divices was totally missing =D
Suddenly third email managed to go trough to their 'Accounting'
I even got email "Your ticket is now solved!"

At this point I knew that I probably won't ever see those winnings.
So I decided to gamble a bit... and made a payout request of 4000€ =D
Live Chat promised to speed up the process... this time it's faster.
So I responded to 'Accounting ticket' with my opinions... and guess...
"Hello, Thank you for your response! The review of your withdrawal request will take place next Wednesday. Have a good day, "

Finally I informed casino that I will contact all necessary authorities, game providers, casino forums and streamers to let public know how Thebes is scamming people.
They answered me "Hello, Thank you for your response! The review of your withdrawal request will take place next Wednesday. Have a good day, "

So now I'm waiting my pending withdrawl of 4000€

I first signed up at this Thebes Casino when it appeared online as a newly launched casino. This was probably about 9 or so years ago. At that point in time, all the casinos in the same group, Winward group, were launched at about the same time, so players could sign up at all the various new casinos and take up whatever no-deposit offers they were each offering. Yep, I didn't waste my opportunity and signed up at all of them! Hahaha.

Well, I took and played the offer but didn't win anything. My few deposits over the months came to naught too, so I was kinda unlucky at Thebes. My good luck was at their 2 other sister casinos, but both my winnings were eventually denied, so I actually won nothing from any of their group casinos. Personally, I had not much grudge against Thebes casino, except for not liking their Bonus terms, which were similar across all their casinos, so I just accepted that fact. What infuriated me was the way the 2 particular casino management treated my withdrawal claims - delaying payments for over 3 months, denying my withdrawals each time I made a reclaim of it, and then finally suspending my account because the management wanted to scrutinise my account and game play. That was the last straw for me. I couldn't take anymore of their delaying tactics that I then zeroed off my balance and closed my accounts. Unlucky for Thebes Casino, my account at the casino had to be permanently closed too, because my decision was a blanket one. No casino in the same group was an exception.

Upon realising that accessibility to the casino has been regained, after being blocked off for about 2 years by my local ISP, I revisited the casino to have a fresh look at it. Some changes have been made to their Bonus terms, whilst most of the rest are about the same. Nonetheless, the terms are still not to my liking, but at least they are now slightly better than what they were before. But the worse is, Neteller deposit/withdrawal options are not available at all at Thebes Casino, so this would have been the biggest deterrent for me if I had decided to rejoin the casino. Well, it looks like nothing's gonna change, so Thebes Casino will remain a permanently out-of-bounds casino for me.

Nonetheless, I cannot say much on their performance now, and I wouldn't know for sure if things are now better off than before. Still, new intending players are advised to look into the casino's terms first before signing up or making a deposit. Prevention is always better than cure. Avoidance of a heartache is better than getting one later on. Why? Because TopGame casinos have never been amongst the very popular casinos, and there have been numerous complaints on them so far, so diligence is always necessary.

Like there games they have a good variations of games which is great change from some other casinos

I had made my first deposit and never received my bonus.I contacted support and told them I never received it . Now being my first deposit I should have received 200% but I was only given 100%. I asked him how many deposits I had made he replied "this is your first". Still my bonus was not corrected I had to ask him where is the rest of my bonus. I had to ask him for my 200%.

I tried to claim a Saturday bonus (250% with any deposit up to $500) and it wasn't given to me with my deposit. After contacting live support he was kind of rude and not helpful at all. He didn't even know that there were any promotions offered at first. He then came back and said that it was only for deposits of $100 or more. I then contacted support via email and have not heard back from anybody! I would not recommend this casino after this! I switched to Thebes from Bovada because they stopped running some of the slots that I liked and Thebes had them. Guess I will go back to Bovada!

The only good thing so far is the freemoney you got from the start.

That they don't verifying and are really slow waited 4 days now for the documents to be verifying, lets see how many days it will take to do the withdraw or if its even possible with this casino. Also been speaking with different people from livechat and they all say different things about how long time it should take. Going to try cashout the maximum ammount that is allowed 100€, wish me good luck :P

Not much at this point. I would say that the fact that they have betsoft games available to US players would be a good thing but if you use their bonus you can't play them!

The only reason I even tried this casino is because askgamblers gave it a 7 which is about as high as it gets for casinos available to US residents. Most available to us are RTG and I was bored with them. Thebes however has betsoft which is hard to come by. I signed up and live chat immediately popped up asking if I wanted a huge bonus. I specifically asked if I was able to play ALL games with the bonus amount and was told yes. I didn't deposit just yet and logged off. I came back later and the same thing happened, live chat popped up immediately. I asked again, and was told yes again.

I made a deposit and as soon as it went thru he logged off. I went to play a betsoft game and sure enough, my balance for EVERY betsoft game was 0! I tried contacting live chat but it the connection was disconnected! I even took screen shots of the live chat with them telling me I could play all games. I would steer clear of this place and hope that askgamblers takes another look at their rating.

I liked the sign up bonus and some of the games they offer. Unfortunately with the bonus you can't play them though!

... I found out that this I'd not a trustworthy casino.
I won over 1000 with the first bonus and since I knew that only 100 can be withdrawn from that I contacted their customer service to find out what I need to do to withdraw. Their customer service is a disaster and you can't trust them!

They will never give you the complete information and when you ask something in the chat it takes up to 15 minutes to get an answer that is not even helpful. The customer service at Thebes should be called "withdrawal prevention unit". Do not deposit your money there! You will not get it back!

When asking them questions in the chat before making my deposit they answered by question the best way they could. After that they offered be a %600 with a x25 wager that they kinda didn't explain all that well to me. I put in $200 and they gave me a $1,000 that was nice for the mean time but as soon as I started wining in roulette two days straight they had put the bet limit on all tables Blackjack Roulette ect. to min 2 max 5.

So I contacted them and they said why don't your try some video slots I did end up wining some money off that an there is one game I really like on there but I really like table games and are hard to win any money on now because of the limit.

I had contacted them why they lowered it on me. I was told that it your VIP level. I then asked about where can I see my VIP they said you cant but you can ask if you want to know about it. I had asked them why it was lowered again and they said that its what your VIP level is set to that. If you play more then you will be able to bet higher. I said then why did it go down they then started asking me to play other games.

I feel like they are trying to take my money and not play fair letting winners keep there money and want to take it all from. One of the reps did say that the manager does do review on a weekly basis. I will wait to see if they make it return by to normal after a while but I don't think they will.

Their bonus looked pretty good, the representative messages me from the start talking me into depositing. They offered a 500% bonus with 25% wagering (or 30, can't remember) and said I could "play on any of their games". I asked "Does this mean I can play Good Girl, Bad Girl, 2 million BC, and Greedy Goblins" and the representative answered "Yes". I went ahead and deposited 125$ leaving me with a 760$ balance.

I then loaded up Good Girl, Bad Girl and noticed my account balance was only $125. I found out shortly after none of the BONUS funds can be used to play any of their good slots, or live blackjack. I decided to forfeit the bonus and play with my hard earned cash.

Played Good Girl, Bad Girl, a few hands of blackjack, and Gypsy rose. After all of the play, my balance was about $130.

**THIS IS WHERE IT GETS REALLY INTERESTING**

I started playing a new slot that I never played before called "7 Monkeys". I played this slot for about 2 hours, and my ending balance was 97$. I decided to hit the live blackjack to try and recoup my losses.

My balance for Live Blackjack was now 10$. I thought it was a bug, but after talking to tech support they said that all of the winnings from 7 monkeys were not usable on any of the good slots or live blackjack. Keep in mind I am playing with no bonus, just pure cash.

So essentially, if you play any of their crappy slots with your real cash balance, it will only take away from your real cash balance and never give back. So all of the money I wagered on 7 monkeys was lost and now I have a balance of 10$ to play blackjack and the better slots, and a balance of 97$ to play on their crappy slots only.

Do not deposit money here. You will lose it all.

World's worst computerized blackjack. I have played a lot of blackjack in B&M casinos as well as online.Thebes has their blackjack tight tight tight. So many times I would have 20 and the dealer would draw 4 - 5 cards to get to 21. You have blackjack, well so does the dealer, push.

Payouts were all around very very poor. I will not be making another deposit to this casino. As soon as I hit free spins on one of the slots I got a "connecting to game server message". I contacted chat and took about 20 minutes to get three responses. Eventually just closed the game out.
