hello

on july 16th i made a deposit on thebes casino and won 1669$ ... i got my account verified and asked for withdrawl ... after a couple of days money was back in the casino, i chat and they tell me they want me to email them my btc address, i do what they asked and 5 days later same issue the money is back in the casino... this happened another 3x for a total of 4x ... i just went on chat again and they said youve been selected for a random verification even though my documents have been approved this will take another 10 days ... this is clearly them giving me the end a round and not wanting to pay ... spending at least 5 hours on chat with them and doing everything ive been instructed each time is ridiculous please help me solve this issue

hello,

you failed to mention the other 3x when you asked me to send to the finance team an email of my btc address, which i did all 3x, and my money was returned to my account all 3x ....

anyways im glad this is all settled im requesting another withdraw and hope to get paid promptly as soon as this 2nd random verification 30 days later is done
