Down part - Well, once you've received your first withdrawal, then for some reason the site becomes a little naggy on having you send more verification documents, to the point where on my second withdrawal request they had me waiting for soo long with some weird second verification that I had never seen anywhere else before. And yes, chat support is very kind and supportive but it doesn't make a case resolution to be kind, you have to find solutions.
