SlotV Casino - Casino took money after wagering

Hi all,

I registered here today on 3.8.2022 and took the Welcome Bonus. I deposited 180 euros and so I got another 180 euros as a bonus.

I started to play and felt lucky today. I won over 3000 euros in a single game, and after the welcome bonus wagering requirement my balance was almost 5000 euros.

At the end of the wagering I felt great and was preparing myself for a big incoming withdraw. Instantly after the last wagering spins I realized something weird. My balance dropped from circa 5000 euros to 692,50 euros! (see the screenshot).

I asked the chat, and he told something really weird (see the screenshots). He told that today morning they had changed the bonus rules so that a person can only take 500EUR from bonus. However, any kind of this does not read on their web page in the bonus rules. The chat told me that they will only be read there on the next morning. I had accepted the rules I read from the web page, and I dont think casino should change the rules during my game session without noticing me or writing the rules down to be visible. Also during the playing session I realized that soon after I started playing certain game, I realized that they changed the amount that counts to wagering from 100% to 50%. These games are not listed in their web page neither (screenshot). Examples: Fat Rabbit, Mystery Museum.

I read carefully the rules again, and it says in their bonus rules nothing about the maximum winning amount with bonus. I have added the rules here as well as a screenshot. I thought that giving a " 100% bonus up to 500EUR " means the maximum bonus amount, not the maximum winning amount.

Please, help me in any possible way to get my money back.

SlotV Casino - Trying to steal my deposits

Hello askgamblers and players reading this complaint!

I'm not writing in the hope of resolving the situation (the casino refused to address this issue with me), but to warn you about what casinos should not contribute a single cent. This casino-real cheaters who are stealing customer deposits. It belongs to AVENTO NV (they also have a few clones frank, drift, aplay, colambus and others, be vigilant) After registration and making a deposit of 500 euros, my account after 4 days of play (I played sports and my results were quite normal (first lost to 200, then made the balance of 700, while playing mostly in soccer tournaments uefa) When I tried to withdraw 50 euros my account was sent to a video verification (before that I had sent all the required documents).After video verification after 10! days I was told that my account is blocked and I will not receive any money, despite the fact that I talked to them more than 15 minutes by video about everything in the world. My deposit, which is more than 80% of the account amount, they also refuse to return it to me and now I understand why. They are casino swindlers who appropriate their customers' money under false pretenses, so do not doubt that if you have serious money there, you will be robbed the same way as I was, under false pretenses, and they will even take your personal money. I have also complained to the regulatory authority, which gave them a license, but I do not know whether it will help anything.

Requirement of the casino - to return my money and at least my deposit, because the casino is engaged in illegal enrichment at the expense of customer deposits.

ps.I send you screenshots of my deposit and blocking (in 4 days), as well as messages from tech support with a translator, since you rejected my previous complaint

SlotV Casino - Casino confiscated my money
I received money from another casino on the Jeton wallet. I will attach a screenshot of my personal account; there you can see the transaction. With Jeton Wallet, I was withdrawing the month (by bank transfer), but in the end it did not work out due to the lack of VO CODE. They returned the money back to my wallet and I wondered if I could withdraw this money through the casino. Ie make deposits from a bank card and Jeton and withdraw money to a bank card.First, I tried EVERUM casino, they refused me and returned the money back to the wallet (I paid a commission of 5 euros). Then I saw the SlotV casino and decided to write to them about this. I asked if I could withdraw money to the card if I make a deposit from the card and Jeton Wallet. And in the chat they said yes you can !! I asked again for the account of the wager x3 and they said if you make a deposit, you can immediately apply for a payment. I just made deposits (did not take any bonuses) as I was told in the chat. I asked several times and trusted. I made deposits, placed a request for payment, went through verification and the next day my account was blocked (I am a fraudster) and the money was stolen. And I just want to get my money back and that's it. I think this is normal. All screenshots of where I got this money from, what I was told in the chat I will attach
These screenshots show where I was withdrawing to Jeton Wallet. I also took a screenshot in the wallet chat (I asked them to write a problem why they got a bank transfer error).

It can also be seen in Russian, I went from the phone and they again offer me to do it again, do you understand? Like, make deposits and withdraw to the card everything is fine, but not everything is good.Here in the screenshot you can see from EVERUM that they just returned the money back to my wallet. I ask the same from SlotV. I didn't want to break their rules, but for some reason they didn't tell me about it in the chat. If they told me in the chat that you are breaking the rules in this way, I would definitely not do this. I am not a crook, I am an ordinary person. SlotV Casino - Problems with pending withdrawal and account verification
Made an initial deposit of 800€ to SlotV. I had existing account at SlotV and made succesful deposits and withdrawals at casino last September. Played a while and raised balance to approx 986 euro and made a withdrawal. I had to make to identifying process all over, which was natural, since my address had changed and I used new deposit payment. Before the deposit, I confirmed from CS if it is ok to deposit while address change is still pending. That was ok.

Documents got verified, but the withdrawal still pended for "security checks". Please note that there was no misuse or bonus abuse, since it was a raw deposit with existing and already in the pas verified account.

I made the withdawal on 2.7 and took it away on the next and made a new withdrawal request on 4.7. CS said the same about routine check on the account. On Monday 6.7. I got a request to submit a selfie with chat window, date on the paper and passport to verificiation. I did this, but it got rejected, since SlotV did not accept date on the computer screen. Made a new selfie, which CS later confirmed was accepted. The withdraw was still pending and CS said that there is a final check going on.

I mailed CS on 5.7. in the evening, no answer. I reversed the withdrawal and made an initial new withdrawal this morning with sum of 900€, still pending.

Strange action on my opinion, since account has been verified in the past and I have submitted all the relevant documents and selfie, which are all confirmed to pass through (as CS said).

There a lot to say about that casino...not a lot of good things unfortunately. First personally I like the design and the fact that they have a sportsbook....
They have various of bonus on casino game and a 78 $ cad freebet on sports...any winning have to be rollover 30 times in less than 30 days...so you very likely to roll over the bonus money for 30 days...this is unheard of to me lol.

First of all, I opted to go for the 78 $ cad free bet on sports..which was never credited even after 4 deposit! So far slotv is harassing me, they keep sending me e-mail non-sense trying to make me crazy...while not crediting the sports bonus, asking for more deposits if I still want the first welcome sports bonus! + I ask to close my account permanently because I don't want to deal with them and all the non-sense they can throw at you but they change the subject / don't want to close it loll bunch of outlaw up to no good.

Bonus terms are horrible, there is so many restricted games and games which wager less.
Play N' go games has lower RTP
And that account verification:

Same, but I also had include on background name, surname and email, not only email.
That is just ridiculous. Actually It's not the easiest thing to do and most likely most pointless thing to do, what they asks next? I think they ask those kind of things and tricks to delay withdraws... As I've never ever before asked to do all that in same selfie (ofc picture must be top quality etc). Still waiting my first withdraw. I hope I get my money.

Overall I do not recommend playing there.

Easy to deposit and good selection of games. On this site you can limit your account while waiting for withdrawals to be approved so that’s a good thing

Where should I start, if it was possible to give them a negative star review I would.
So everything is good when you deposit but when you first win and make a withdraw then the problems starts. I made a deposit of 200 euro and cashed out 1200. I sent documents (these document I’ve sent to all the sites I’ve played at the documents got approved) here? No nothing is good enough.

They asked me to take a selfie while holding my passport plus a piece of paper with today’s date plus the account open in the background where my name and email is visible. Yes I’m not making this up I even got proof of it on my email. I don’t own or have a computer so I can’t do what they ask for.

So now I sent what I could do and limited
My account so I that I can’t loose anything to them. I’ve also contacted MGA because a license holder that ask for all those things in one picture is just ridiculous.

Anyways guys just stay away from this casino because when you start winning problems starts as well. They will do anything in their power to make you so angry that you gamble your winnings back.

Lots of slot games variety and quick update to any new slots in this casino, good customer service and fast withdrawal, I do not understand why there are so many negative feedbacks about this casino having slow withdrawals and other issues but for me I’ve made multiple withdrawals and it took less than a day to get my winnings. Rtp is pretty decent for some slot games and it does pay huge if you are lucky enough, well gambling is all about luck right guys? Overall I would give it a 9/10 ratings.

Nothing much actually, I never really have any huge issues with this casino, just that the bonuses they have are usually sticky bonuses which you have to wager together with your balance. However you can always cancel the bonus should you feel that it is not worth it. Another thing is probably lack of no deposit bonus or promotions going on in this casino.

Site is good looking and easy to use. Depositing is easy and there is lots of games to play. Bonus seemed friendly and reasonable, but when I played on the site I realized why it seems so friendly. This Casino knows how to hold on its own.

I got some winnings on a slot (Greek Gods), and I was on 25% of my wagering when suddenly the site went down and after it got back my balance was lower than before the breakdown, and the game RTP was lowered! After that I changed the game and got practically no winnings at all. I understand that RNG can be against me, but I can't understand that the site goes down after big wins and then the RTP goes lower. That´s quite pathetic in my opinion. Never depositing again.

There is a lot of various games provided by this casino.
Nice adaptive design.
I can't notice any other positive sides of this casino, but negative side is very big.

1. Absolutely useless support. They provides only standard phrases and does not delve into the study of user problems.
2. There is no any non-deposite bonuses or freespins. You must make a deposite for each minimal bonus or freespins. Also there is a huge wager for it.
3. Points that you can convert into the money have a wager! Very strange policy.
4. They will never lock your account even if you ask! They will lock it for 7-14-30 days and then unlock it again. I don’t know any other casino that have such disgusting account closure policy.
5. Very low withdrawal limit. And very slow withdrawal speed. Also casino don’t hold money for withdraw. So you can easily lost your winnings before they process your withdrawal request.

-Wide variety of games (if they are not blocked for your country like me )
-Kinda fast customer support even tho they are useless...

- Customer support is useless i ask them something and they where not helpful at all
- I waited like 2 days for card check then a week for security check so you cant windrow for the first week or more (i spoke with customer support and they said that they don't know how much is going to take util I will be able to windrow my money)
- After all the checks are done I'm still waiting for my windrows and its more than 24 hours.
- Half of the games I couldn't play because I'm from Bulgaria.

- Bonus seems fair on paper (Though I couldn't test it, because it did not work)

- Important details are small so you cant know anything
- When you try to get bonus youll be unable to play most of games..
- Withdraw problems (cant withdraw to card where i deposit)
- After 1 hour with support still cant withdraw
- We decide to close my account and sent me a refund (on that page i won some EUR, but ill get only my original amount that i deposit)
- Support asking a silly questions even you do the same thing 4 times.
- After you have 3 problems in a row with this page, and all of them are with your moneys, youll start to think that this is scam page..
