On the 22.04 I made my second deposit on SlotV using their second deposit offer of 50% with a deposit of 60EUR. I managed to clear the bonus and in the end I had 998 EUR ( see screenshot) so i requested a withdrawal. The following day I was requested to KYC verify. After submitting documents Passport, Form from Finnish Tax authority etc I left. My account however, remain open and my deposit status on pending (I could cancel it any play the money at any time). I contacted the support after a few days since there was no action on their part. Everytime I contacted the support they told me not to worry my money is safe but my account is undergoing additional checks. (see screenshots). On the 27.04.2020 they sent me an email requesting extra kycs (i would hold a picture next to my face with their chat screen open (see screenshot) all these documents I have submitted at their request. It is now the 05.05.2020 over two weeks since my kyc docs were submitted and on the 30th they closed my Cashier option so I cannot see my withdrawal or withdrawal history. I have request my contact history to [email protected] but they do not send me my requested data either (so i cannot add my whole chat history only screenshots I have manually taken). They do not reply to my emails, their chat just repeats the same thing which is that checks are still ongoing and its forwarded to the relevant department.

Hello. Today is the 06.05.2020. I have now received an update from SlotV via email that my account is verifed and withdrawal has been processed. I dont know if this was due to my complaint here but I am happy this mess is over.
This complaint can be revolved. Thank you askgamblers.
