Delayed payment, blocked account, ignoring communication
I was already successfully verified, and on Monday afternoon I requested a withdrawal. Up until now, nothing happened. The explanation is they are making a security check, which is "an extra step that we need to take for both your own, as well as the Casino's safety". It's odd, but when I deposited, there was no such extra steps before the transaction. When looking at other SlotV complaints I see delaying payments is quite a common trick - sometimes they blame problems with Skrill, sometimes with Ecopayz, well I guess now they came up with "security check". First I heard of it, and I've had several withdrawals from various casinos.
Secondly, they blocked my account. Apparently due to too many login attempts. Today in the morning I alerted them via live chat and via email to fix this and they wrote they'll call me to "ask me a few routine questions, prior to unlocking." So far no calls, no nothing, account still blocked. Thus I am being denied access to my fairly won money.
Lastly, they ignore my emails. I have no information when (if at all) my account will be unblocked and my withdrawal transferred. I get no information whatsoever, except for the fact that 8 hours ago their team was working on resolving my ticket.
