Shadowbit is now taking the mickey. Last week I submitted a complaint that they had (and still have) blocked me on chat after stupidity placing nearly $2000 in my account I won $12000 then all of a sudden games I selected started say "this game has been blocked for your country or by the provider" I thought that's weird I just played that game so tryes another and another same thing so I logged out reset and now in true online casino fashion I cannot log in as it say this casino is not available in your county. Now I'm mad my money is locked in this casino with no way to contact them. It 100% a scam and I beyond furious. Ask gamblers last week you took there side by saying I should be more patient waiting more than 5 days for "instant" approval well look whats happend. This is a rouge casino and must be shut down. I want my money!!!!

ShadowBet Casino - Account closed, unable to withdraw, waiting 2 weeks with no updates

On the 14th of October I made a withdrawal for just over £2700. I came back to check my account a couple of days later and my account is blocked and I can't log in. I've been on live chat multiple times and they keep telling me that I will hear from them soon. They haven't given me any reason for the closure.

Shadow Bet Casino - Refusing to cancel a bonus, refusing to refund my own £800

On 1/31/2017 I made a deposit of 300£, and received a bonus of 300£, total 600£ (Welcome bonus). I had a few technical difficulties with the site so emailed technical support and waited for their response. Response received a day later and started playing on the 04/2/2017. I had a bit of money left on the account and tried to finish it to make the balance reach ZERO, so I can make a another deposit and claim their 50% reload bonus. I thought my balance was zero and the previous bonus was removed, However for some reason I still had 3.60£ remaining on the account, therefore my previous bonus was still active. Which means 300£ x 35x wagering = 10500£. When I made my second deposit of 800£ (2/04/2017) and receiving the bonus funds of 400£, I checked my wagering and I saw two bonuses. Obviously the first one was there because my previous balance of 3.60 was still on the account. Keep in mind now my balance is 1203.60£. I emailed support and explained the problem however they did not seem to comprehend, I then proceeded on chat and requested to cancel my first bonus, remaining balance of 3.60£, so I can start playing with my 800£ + 400£. After a 30 minutes conversation the service rep (Anna) did not understand what was going on. I was told she was new and wanted to verify with her manager. I gladly waited on chat until she verified the information. She said she just spoke to her manager, and was told they can't cancel the bonus because I had already started playing it. I said yes but I made a second deposit and my previous balance of 3.60£ did not reach ZERO, if had been ZERO we wouldn't be having this problem now. Then after further explanation , she said they can't cancel the bonus. I was fine with that. I told her cancel all my bonuses and leave me my 800£ that I just deposited. Then she said you have no real money, only bonus. I confirmed with her that yes, once you claim a bonus the money you deposited becomes bonus money until you finish the wagering requirements. She still mentioned that I had used my actual funds. At this point I don't know what to do, laugh or be furious. I then explained to her that I did not place a single bet after my deposit of 800£, so where did it disappear. She then said I have too many chats open and I would like to solve this issue, I will get back to you by email. I rather put this complaint here because their service reps and managers do not seem to understand the simple problem here. I hope you guys can help and see what I am trying to explain here.

Shadowbet casino is one of the casinos that has been added on askgamblers in the last few months and although I knew about them for a while, when they got added here, I felt that they were trustworthy enough and I signed up. I saw that they offered a welcome package of 3 bonus for first 3 deposits and since the wagering was set to only 40x the bonus amount, I wanted to claim that offer.

This casino is powered by several softwares, including my favorite ones Microgaming and Netent. I had a very small balance on my skrill and because of that I was happy to see that the welcome bonus required only 10€ deposit. After I made my deposit, I didn't see the bonus anywhere. I checked my email, account, everything but the bonus was nowhere to be found. And unfortunately live chat was also offline. Because of that, I started to play with my real money balance. I played Twin Spin and after a few big wins my balance was up at 25€. I did have a thought of making a withdrawal, but I still decided to keep on chasing a bigger win. Unfortunately that didn't work out and I lost all of the money playing with minimum bets.

The next day I decided to ask support about the reason why I didn't get the bonus, since I was considering depositing there again. I wrote them an email inquiry and it took them two days to reply me back. However, the reply was very friendly and professional and the support told me that they have granted me the bonus. I checked my casino account and indeed I had my 10€ bonus waiting. I used it on Twin Spin again and lost really fast.

Overall I have had a good time at Shadowbet casino and I will probably deposit there again. I don't know why I didn't get the bonus instantly or why it took so muh time for the customer service to respond, but when they did, they helped me out nicely. Therefore I do recommend them.

But you'll get only 10 free spins during the weekend – so 10 free spins in one day in a week. Not so great as it sound, right?!

Anyway I claimed this bonus with deposit of 20€. I got bonus money right away into my balance and I was ready to play. I opened Dead or alive since this game isn't restricted here. I was happy about that because at almost every casino this game is restricted. But I had no luck on it, my balance falling down pretty fast and in the end I lost the money.

I never made any more deposits here, but maybe I will in near future. I got two chances to spin the reels of treasure slot and both times I won 50 free spins on Starburst. Once in desktop mode and once in mobile version. But both times I won only a few euros which I spent on Dead or alive, again.

I believe they are sister casino to Betspin,Guts and for me my favorite Rizk casino, seeing they come from a same owner I guess they are in some relationship and they are safe to play.

Their site looks exactly as Rizk Casino if not copy paste, the only thing I have seen different is the name of the Rewards field which here its called Treasures. They offer the same free spins games while you play and get rewarded, so you are guessing right, the free spins while you climbing the levels you'll get rewarded with Starburst, Lights, Pyramid and Attraction slot, so not so satisfied with it, although playing in this casino can earn you many free spins.
