Shadow Bet Casino - Refusing to cancel a bonus, refusing to refund my own £800
On 1/31/2017 I made a deposit of 300£, and received a bonus of 300£, total 600£ (Welcome bonus). I had a few technical difficulties with the site so emailed technical support and waited for their response. Response received a day later and started playing on the 04/2/2017. I had a bit of money left on the account and tried to finish it to make the balance reach ZERO, so I can make a another deposit and claim their 50% reload bonus. I thought my balance was zero and the previous bonus was removed, However for some reason I still had 3.60£ remaining on the account, therefore my previous bonus was still active. Which means 300£ x 35x wagering = 10500£. When I made my second deposit of 800£ (2/04/2017) and receiving the bonus funds of 400£, I checked my wagering and I saw two bonuses. Obviously the first one was there because my previous balance of 3.60 was still on the account. Keep in mind now my balance is 1203.60£. I emailed support and explained the problem however they did not seem to comprehend, I then proceeded on chat and requested to cancel my first bonus, remaining balance of 3.60£, so I can start playing with my 800£ + 400£. After a 30 minutes conversation the service rep (Anna) did not understand what was going on. I was told she was new and wanted to verify with her manager. I gladly waited on chat until she verified the information. She said she just spoke to her manager, and was told they can't cancel the bonus because I had already started playing it. I said yes but I made a second deposit and my previous balance of 3.60£ did not reach ZERO, if had been ZERO we wouldn't be having this problem now. Then after further explanation , she said they can't cancel the bonus. I was fine with that. I told her cancel all my bonuses and leave me my 800£ that I just deposited. Then she said you have no real money, only bonus. I confirmed with her that yes, once you claim a bonus the money you deposited becomes bonus money until you finish the wagering requirements. She still mentioned that I had used my actual funds. At this point I don't know what to do, laugh or be furious. I then explained to her that I did not place a single bet after my deposit of 800£, so where did it disappear. She then said I have too many chats open and I would like to solve this issue, I will get back to you by email. I rather put this complaint here because their service reps and managers do not seem to understand the simple problem here. I hope you guys can help and see what I am trying to explain here.

Took deposit offer £30 which give me £60 to play with 3 days to meet wagering requirements which I finally did after a long grind. I had some big wins which seemed to keep happening like 1x60p bet on twin spin got me £230.

So all seems to be good so far live chat was quick and friendly. KYC Docs can be uploaded on your account, which was a first for me👓.

Bonus cash and real cash stayed the same during the whole wagering term which was quite confusing the graph was at 100% wagering completed and real cash out was showing 15p.

You won't be able to withdraw a cent, until you have wagered 100 € (original deposit bonused) + 100 € (bonus) =200 € balance x 35 = 70.000 € -> And answer is YES, it also applies to the amount that is not being considered for the bonus.

- Honestly I cannot imagine how this casino has ended in such high position and being the players choice with such scam clauses in their T&C.

The levelling system seems to progress quite fast, other casinos with the levelling system progress fast for the first few levels then slow down but shadowbet seems to progress quicker. Plus the innovative ororboro or whatever they're called is exciting. Especially since you can double up or lose your wins.

The live chat is only available during certain times, in Canada those times are very inconvenient to say the least. A small price to pay for a great casino.

I always try a lot of casino's and this one will become one of my favorites. I really liked it. A lot of games and enough game providers in the list. The speed of the site is also good! Welcome package is nice. Funny additional bonus program with extra free spins when you level up... After 16-20 hours gameplay i made 14x my deposit. I cashed out and it was the next day on my bank. Keep on the good work!

Just some advice: Fee for bank withdrawal is small but should not be there.
Other point they could do better is the wagering requirements. Show not only in percentage but also express it in Value.

Not much to like, some Microgaming games are not on the site.

I got lucky on free spins & managed to cashout over 100, withdrawl fee was $2.50 Plus my bank charged me $17 for payment process. The free spins will expire if not played within 24 hrs. It would be nice if withdrawal fees are not past on to customers. 4 stars out of 10

Signed up there a couple of months ago, but made didn't deposit first. So yesterday I decided to give them a try and wanted to take the welcome bonus. Deposited 25, but no bonus. Also no one on livechat. Send them a mail, waited some and decided to play the money anyway. Come on, no livechat in the evening? Nothing to complain until now. Some NetEnt Games are a bit laggy, but that could also be my computer^^.

Shadow Bet? Hmm, sounds a little bit like on the dark side, doesn't it? Like being in the shadows for everything you do and what they do. Strange name for a casino, I would say, but there wasn't anything shadowy about the casino at all. It's just one more of those multi-platform casino offering live casino and video slot games. Frankly speaking, they have NetEnt, Microgaming, Play'nGo and other game providers too, so choice of games to play isn't that limited at all, but I must admit, not all of the games from each provider are available - only selected ones, and some of my favourite games are not in this list. Anyway, can't expect them to have all of the games from each provider can we?

What attracted me in the first instance was their welcome package of 100% deposit bonus plus 520 free spins without any wagering attached! Wow! Who could resist any offer like that, right? But, of course, you don't get what you see. Those 520 free spins offer would have been such a huge hit for the casino, if not for spreading them out at 10 free spins per weekend over a one year period. Argh! That hurts, but I took it up anyway, thinking that it would at least keep me playing with free spins for one whole year. Well, it didn't work out that way for me.
