On the 14th of October I made a withdrawal for just over £2700. I came back to check my account a couple of days later and my account is blocked and I can't log in. I've been on live chat multiple times and they keep telling me that I will hear from them soon. They haven't given me any reason for the closure.

I feel like they're just making it hard for me to get my money out, I have been waiting nearly 2 weeks for such a response.

Dear LAUSHER01,

thank you for your message. Accounts could be blocked from many different reasons like AML check, source of wealth, source of funds and so on. These are standard procedures in every licensed Casino and sometimes it takes more time than expected.
Feel free to check your mailbox as we always send email notifications on withdrawals. I hope everything is resolved now and
please believe we're not trying to make it hard to withdraw, it's just a procedure we have to follow to be compliant.
