The overall experience of playing is okay.
The website is fast and good, and they have quite a lot of fun game's to play. Navigation is fairly simple to scroll in to.

It is all relative simple and clean looking witch in my opinion make's it super nice to play on.

Quite a lot game's are in the wrong direction. There's game's of BTG in some kind of random selection called NYX Gaming Group witch i believe can be very annoying to players who knows what they are looking for.

The search bar does not always work properly, sometime's you will have to refresh the website 2 - 3 times in order to make it work.

If you click on Quickspin games you find Big Time Gaming - Who wants to be a millionaire.
It goes on like this in every provider you can click on. Sort out witch game's belongs where and categorize it for the better.

They claim to withdrawal within 24 hours. In my opinion this is not true at all.
I have had over 800 euros of withdrawals on different dates. For example: 1 withdrawal on the first of the month and 1 withdrawal on the second and 1 withdrawal on the 3rd. So 3 different withdrawals in 3 days time.
If i cancel the most youngest withdrawal for example the one from day 3 they won't withdrawal the one from day 1 because they see you cancel one withdrawal and their for they hope you will cancel the rest also.
In my opinion if a casino says they withdraw within 24 hours then they need to do this also and not wait in the hope the player cancel again because it will save the casino paying out money.
In my opinion this is mega negative. And for the sake of it please add a lock your withdrawal function to the website. Be more open and honest to players, If you provide good service the website would be way more appreciated by the players.
And because of this, i dare to say that i holy believe that this casino does not deserve any of their certificates on their website yet until problems and issue's like this are being sorted and fixed.

Nothing yet as cannot access site as verification is like I am trying to sign up for MI5. Hopefully this will be sorted and changed by the team there?

The fact its taken a whole week to register with them sending countless proof of address etc. The responses from the help department are generic and frustrating. Ran by what seems like idiots would give - 10 stars if possible

I use to have lots of good things to say about Shadowbet casino, not a whole lot now.
I do however really like their exclusive orobouros game you get every time a player gains a level. Its innovative and loaded with some great bonuses.

Wagering requirements are a thing of the past, get with the times already.
They have weekly free spins for all the players who deposited the week prior. Although I think this is a great idea, a casino giving thanks to the loyal players who deposited with a one line slot like Grand Spinn is appalling. Nothing against the slot itself but a casino as big as Shadowbet has me expecting a little more than a one line slot to show thanks to its loyal players.

Do not like the new player offers could be sooooo much better for a site as big as them, like a 100% first deposit offer would be good but instead you get 100 fs over 5 days and 2nd offer is 50% bonus. I joined the casino because it was awarded and had decent review. I liked the layout and the games selection but I dont understand how this casino got an award. Obviously the *Players* award isn't very prestigious. I thought a Players Awarded casino would have awesome customer support.

A bonus I did not accept was added even tho when I declined/closed the bonus page...waiting over and hour and half so far for customer support to remove the bonus unlike many sites you do not have that option yourself. You won't be able to withdraw a cent, until you have wagered 100 € (original deposit bonused) + 100 € (bonus) =200 € balance x 35 = 70.000 € -> And answer is YES, it also applies to the amount that is not being considered for the bonus.

- Honestly I cannot imagine how this casino has ended in such high position and being the players choice with such scam clauses in their T&C.

As it comes to wagering requirement, that needs to be met for the money to be withdrawn, it is not the way you described it.
A miscalculation took place:
100 € (original deposit bonus) + 100 € (bonus) = 200 € balance x 35 = 7.000 € (not €70.000).

The levelling system seems to progress quite fast, other casinos with the levelling system progress fast for the first few levels then slow down but shadowbet seems to progress quicker. Plus the innovative ororboro or whatever they're called is exciting. Especially since you can double up or lose your wins.

The live chat is only available during certain times, in Canada those times are very inconvenient to say the least. A small price to pay for a great casino.

I always try a lot of casino's and this one will become one of my favorites. I really liked it. A lot of games and enough game providers in the list. The speed of the site is also good! Welcome package is nice. Funny additional bonus program with extra free spins when you level up... After 16-20 hours gameplay i made 14x my deposit. I cashed out and it was the next day on my bank. Keep on the good work!

Just some advice: Fee for bank withdrawal is small but should not be there.
Other point they could do better is the wagering requirements. Show not only in percentage but also express it in Value.
