Today(17th of October) I deposited 80 euros to mycasinobest.com. It turned out that there are no available games to play with( Only 'Premier Roulette' appears in the menu, but even 1 round can not been played with it, cause it says 'error', when trying to spin the Wheel). No other games, no chance to play.
The other thing, that the customer service seems unresponsive - they did not react to my messages.

The case is that I requested withdrawal with Neteller ( Did withraw 1000 euros before from this site with neteller, several months ago-so they should allow it again), and I would like to get back my 80 euros as soon as possible :)

On August 7, I paid 22 euros to Mycasinobest. After the deposit I wanted to start the game but the casino does not display any games and you can not play anything. For this reason, I went to live chat, but unfortunately it was unavailable. I left 2 messages (where he writes on the site that they respond within 1 hour) but since 7.09 I have not received any reply. Having 22 euros in the casino without any possibility of trading and playing I decided to withdraw money and ordered my withdrawal on August 7. I received an automatic message by e-mail but they have not returned my money so far. I am asking for intervention from askgamblers to get my 22 euros back but I am writing to warn other people about this casino.

I won in april money from mycasinobest. They told me I had duplicated account and took my winnings away. After I sended provements from my IP address etc and they agreed to pay me my winnings back and understood that I had only one account there. They promised to pay me (5000euros) 500/every monday until my winnings are paid. I dont know why, but they told me because of the securtity team told that. On 20th the casino closed down without any warning for one week. I have 2029euros left to pay from my winnings in April. 22.7 29.7 on monday they were supposed to pay me but they didnt. And tomorrow on 5th too. They have been telling me now for 10 working days that there is nothing they can do to speed up the payment process and that the security team wont answer to them and they dont know when they are working. (Even they already paid me 500/mondays for few mondays. ) after the casino closed down they havent paid me my winnings that I won in April. Plus I deposit some money and I have 2600euros on my account that I have been trying to cashout for 4 days now and nobody is taking any actions to withdrawl the money. Propably they will tell me some excuses why They can not withdrawl my money.
So I have there my manually winnings from April that they agreed to pay 500/week waiting, plus my winnings from my deposits while waiting my old winning.
The casino is nightmare, really rude manager, doesnt speak english, withdrawl process takes up to 8days, no answers, lies, no action or any help. The manager always answers I dont know.
This is unbeliavable. Please help me

I’m able to login alright however once I have there are no games so I have proceeded to withdraw my credit however 4 day later they are still pending with the ability to recall. I have tried contacting the mycasinobest via the casino website as (live chat isn’t available to me, just message service which read they will respond in 1 hour) as well as via my email, I have sent 6 messages however I haven’t got a response. They were the only contact detail I was able to find. Has the casino closed or are they offline?

I joined this casino on 25th of April, made some deposits, played all my deposits, never won and never got any issue, and the probleme began on 18th of July, I made a deposit of $ 20, tried to play some slots, but I could not find any slot or any game available on their website, I waited until 19th of July, and still no games on the website “you can check the website now, still nothing”, so I contacted the supports that was all the time offline, so I left about 7 messages and never got a reply, I made a withdrawal of my deposit that is still in pending from 19th of July, and did not receive any answer or reply from this casino, now all I asked to get is my deposit back.

My account was fully verified, I had also withdrawals last month from same casino.
I use Direx casinos very often, but never had issue, maybe becasue I was only loosing before.

I submitted withdrawal request of EUR 4000 as it was the limit and had another EUR 6000 balance in account.
While I was playing it signed off from my account and while I tried to login it said your account is disabled.

Received email that casino can not afford my winnings and they need to check with game providers which can take months.

Same day I lost in another casino of Direx "bobcasino more than 10000 euros" and In total in direx casinos i lost a lot more than what i had in balance in my casinobest.com

Also- on initial email they said my account is lock for checking- they mentioned they can proceed with withdrawal of eur 3000 for now till checking is complete, later when i asked them to pay the 3000 till they finalize their checking, they said they cant.

I have yesterday set a withdrawal of 175 €. I have been waiting since yesterday. I tried to enter chat and there is a message saying that the casino is operating an update that would end the following week.
Its suspicious that their emails are not existing any more. Gmail returns email is not existing [email protected]
I am afraid that in the casino something is going wrong.
I hope that all users would not loose their funds. Someone should contact Direx limited to give an official answer on what's is going on.

Okey, so i made several deposits on June 06, 2019 and lost new deposit etc..
This was the first day i play on this casino.

On June 07 2019 i won a litle bit 250€ and i cashed it out.
I uploaded documents so it wont be any problems etc..

I tried asking live chat how long it takes for withdraw and here is when the problem starts.
Live chat unavalible??? They are NEVER online since 07 june at any timestamp ive tried i have sent them several mails without any answers.
I keep getting ignored and i think they made something to my account so i cant use the livechat as soon as i made a withdraw.

So here i am..

Uploaded documents and a withdraw still pending (me being able to recall it) form 07 june i think that is very crazy how long it can be in pending.

As you can see in this pictures deposits ofcourse work very well. But when now i withdraw they ignore me.

I just want them to pay me my money please -

To askgamblers - Casino has NOT reached out for me to upload documents so its not that what is wrong. The casino is ignoring winners on purpose and your ability to live chat is gone after you try to withdraw it seemes like.

09.06.2019 i registered in mycasinobest, then i make a deposit 100 usd and start to play without any bonuses. I win 600 usd and make request for payment, 3 payments 200 usd each. At the same time i upload my documents to this site for verification, and start to wait for my payments. After about 20 hours i saw that my payments and documents were in the same status ( waiting). I try to contact with support, but live support doesn't work. So i write several letters to casino email and nobody answer me till now.
From the moment when i request payment already passed about 1,5 days and i can't even contact support
