Ignoring and stalling my withdrawal of €250


Okey, so i made several deposits on June 06, 2019 and lost new deposit etc..
This was the first day i play on this casino.

On June 07 2019 i won a litle bit 250€ and i cashed it out.
I uploaded documents so it wont be any problems etc..

I tried asking live chat how long it takes for withdraw and here is when the problem starts.
Live chat unavalible??? They are NEVER online since 07 june at any timestamp ive tried i have sent them several mails without any answers.
I keep getting ignored and i think they made something to my account so i cant use the livechat as soon as i made a withdraw.

So here i am..

Uploaded documents and a withdraw still pending (me being able to recall it) form 07 june i think that is very crazy how long it can be in pending.

As you can see in this pictures deposits ofcourse work very well. But when now i withdraw they ignore me.

I just want them to pay me my money please -

To askgamblers - Casino has NOT reached out for me to upload documents so its not that what is wrong. The casino is ignoring winners on purpose and your ability to live chat is gone after you try to withdraw it seemes like.

Casino has finally answered and my money has been paid out.

Complaint can be close.

Just curious.. did really need to go this far to make a complaint for u to pay out 250€?

I will raise a warning flag on this casino to everyone that want support or fast witsraw. This casino is extreamly slow and stalling on purpose.

In the end i got my money atleast

Stalling payments for over 4 months now
I won in april money from mycasinobest. They told me I had duplicated account and took my winnings away. After I sended provements from my IP address etc and they agreed to pay me my winnings back and understood that I had only one account there. They promised to pay me (5000euros) 500/every monday until my winnings are paid. I dont know why, but they told me because of the securtity team told that. On 20th the casino closed down without any warning for one week. I have 2029euros left to pay from my winnings in April. 22.7 29.7 on monday they were supposed to pay me but they didnt. And tomorrow on 5th too. They have been telling me now for 10 working days that there is nothing they can do to speed up the payment process and that the security team wont answer to them and they dont know when they are working. (Even they already paid me 500/mondays for few mondays. ) after the casino closed down they havent paid me my winnings that I won in April. Plus I deposit some money and I have 2600euros on my account that I have been trying to cashout for 4 days now and nobody is taking any actions to withdrawl the money. Propably they will tell me some excuses why They can not withdrawl my money.
So I have there my manually winnings from April that they agreed to pay 500/week waiting, plus my winnings from my deposits while waiting my old winning.
The casino is nightmare, really rude manager, doesnt speak english, withdrawl process takes up to 8days, no answers, lies, no action or any help. The manager always answers I dont know.
This is unbeliavable. Please help me
