Unresponsive to my deposit refund request


I joined this casino on 25th of April, made some deposits, played all my deposits, never won and never got any issue, and the probleme began on 18th of July, I made a deposit of $ 20, tried to play some slots, but I could not find any slot or any game available on their website, I waited until 19th of July, and still no games on the website “you can check the website now, still nothing”, so I contacted the supports that was all the time offline, so I left about 7 messages and never got a reply, I made a withdrawal of my deposit that is still in pending from 19th of July, and did not receive any answer or reply from this casino, now all I asked to get is my deposit back.

thank you for your answer, but I sent you more than a dozen messages and you have not even bother to answer me, nor to inform me about this update that blocked me from playing for 3 days, but after you finish this update, you sent me a message asking me to send you a selfie with my passport in hand and in the other hand a paper with the note "hi mycasinobest with the date", I found it disgusting and especially that I had already uploaded all my documents that were verified a longtime ago, but the worst is that this withdrawal was only my deposit without playing, after your email asking me a prisoner selfie to withdraw my deposit, I knew you were not serious and even after all the deposits I made at you casino without winning once, I will never play again in this casino, so I got connected a last time and managed to loose my deposit because I knew I will not get my deposit back, I'm really very disappointed this casino behavior.

Stalling payments for over 4 months now
I won in april money from mycasinobest. They told me I had duplicated account and took my winnings away. After I sended provements from my IP address etc and they agreed to pay me my winnings back and understood that I had only one account there. They promised to pay me (5000euros) 500/every monday until my winnings are paid. I dont know why, but they told me because of the securtity team told that. On 20th the casino closed down without any warning for one week. I have 2029euros left to pay from my winnings in April. 22.7 29.7 on monday they were supposed to pay me but they didnt. And tomorrow on 5th too. They have been telling me now for 10 working days that there is nothing they can do to speed up the payment process and that the security team wont answer to them and they dont know when they are working. (Even they already paid me 500/mondays for few mondays. ) after the casino closed down they havent paid me my winnings that I won in April. Plus I deposit some money and I have 2600euros on my account that I have been trying to cashout for 4 days now and nobody is taking any actions to withdrawl the money. Propably they will tell me some excuses why They can not withdrawl my money.
So I have there my manually winnings from April that they agreed to pay 500/week waiting, plus my winnings from my deposits while waiting my old winning.
The casino is nightmare, really rude manager, doesnt speak english, withdrawl process takes up to 8days, no answers, lies, no action or any help. The manager always answers I dont know.
This is unbeliavable. Please help me
