On August 7, I paid 22 euros to Mycasinobest. After the deposit I wanted to start the game but the casino does not display any games and you can not play anything. For this reason, I went to live chat, but unfortunately it was unavailable. I left 2 messages (where he writes on the site that they respond within 1 hour) but since 7.09 I have not received any reply. Having 22 euros in the casino without any possibility of trading and playing I decided to withdraw money and ordered my withdrawal on August 7. I received an automatic message by e-mail but they have not returned my money so far. I am asking for intervention from askgamblers to get my 22 euros back but I am writing to warn other people about this casino.
