Jumba Bet Casino - Not processing my withdrawals

Original winnings were around $33000 but while unknowingly being given the run around played back in and was only trying to withdraw $12400. They don't answer their live chats and disconnect in the middle of their emails don't get through and google says it is because their inbox has met quota meaning it's full. I had to email an email I found on a random promo email I had received and that person then gave my info to a different person who is supposed to be part of their VIP program. They requested and asked and I provided and answered, Cody who is with their VIP program clearly stated in an email that everything was good to go and after doing a phone verification that accounting would pay me out. I did the phone verification they asked of me as well and at the end of the phone verification conversation, the female on the phone stated clearly she was clearly it and putting on my account that I had completed the verification and was all good to go that she would notify accounting. It's been almost 2 1/2 weeks since I actually won and still have not received my withdrawals. I went on the live chat this morning to see what was going on and they actually answered and tried to say they haven't paid me out because of not receiving docs but then when I told Kevin on the live chat that Cody with the VIP program cleared all of my docs and questions and had stated I only needed a phone to verify and that I completed my phone verify and that the women on the phone cleared the phone verification and accounting was just supposed to pay me out he responded with that my account is restricted due to multiple accounts. Which is My husband's account that he is speaking about which I already Cleared with Cody and sent in my actual marriage certification/license and was already asked about and after providing docs and explanation they said it was ok and cleared. I just would like my withdrawal.

Jumba Bet Casino - I won $800 from a 6 dollar bitcoin deposit

So, I made a 6.50$ bitcoin deposit, without any outstanding bonuses and didn't ask or receive any bonus on the deposit.

Then I start playing with the 6.5$ and won 800$ and I requested a withdrawal.

Then I received 90$ in my bitcoin wallet (which was supposed to be 100$) because they made a 700$ adjustment on my withdrawal because they said it was won from a bonus.

After multiple chat sessions and back and forth, I prove that it wasn't won from a bonus and I would like a full payout.

A little later I go back to chat again and then they say my deposit was less than the minimum amount and that's why I can't withdrawal more than 100$,

I have been making small deposits all the time, I even get bonuses and free spins from the support chat for my small deposits and its never been a problem, the one time I win they can't payout.

I asked them to show me where in rules say if I deposit less than 20$ there will be a 100$ max cash out, or anything regarding not getting paid because of less than minimum deposit. All i can find is you must make Minimum deposit to qualify for bonus.

The phone number they have never answers and there's no way to talk to a manager or someone in finance department.

I have been trying to make a withdrawal since the 9th of September. I have complied with the requirements for the withdrawal so I don't understand the delay. I have emailed them 3 times, tried live chat 2 times (where I got dropped both times), and sent them 3 messages regarding information on my "pending withdrawal" and still have been unable to even get a response from them. Below is the completed transaction to the BTC deposit address that was provided by Jumba Bet Casino. They told me the transaction failed and that i would be credited back via my service provider. That i told them was impossible because you didn't have my deposit BTC address. They assured me 48 to 72 hours it would be crredited back. That was 4 days ago and still nothing but how can it be credited back anyway doesn't make sense. I'v chatted with them for the past 4 days straight and never get anywhere the transaction now has 465 confirmations and still no funds credited anywhere they just took my money and poof "the transaction failed". Jumba Bet Casino - Getting the run around with loyalty bonus withdrawal

On 4/21/2019 I used loyalty points to claim free spins on slot game "Small Soldiers" at JumbaBet casino. I won $146 on the free spins. The required playthrough before I could collect was a massive $5872.00. The active bonus stated that any winnings from the bonus would be redeemed to my cash account once playthrough was met. I played for hours and managed to get my balance up to $1258.89 by the time I met the $5872.00 playthrough requirement. I requested a withdrawal of $1258.89. The casino takes 8 days to review my request and, when they do, they remove $1155.89 from my balance / request. I contacted customer support and was told that the max cash out on a no-deposit bonus is $100. This was not a no-deposit bonus - it was a loyalty bonus. Furthermore, if they want to try to use some technicality to get out of paying me the full amount, I will point to their own, published loyalty technicality. From their website:

I am a regular player never had an issue at any other casino. I received an email invite as a “VIP” for free spins. It said reach out to customer service and it will be free game spins the number of spins would be you age, so I received 48. I also deposited 50.00 to play. After 15 min I lost my free spins and money. So I decided to play one more time. They have had problems with Visa so I deposited a weird amount 28.00. After I deposited it prompts you if you have a bonus. I did and I entered it, it said verbatim: To stretch your $ further use Hein’s LUVLUCK Code: which is a 100% Match up to $1000 today (you keep all the winnings if you win using this code). I used this code first: GWENSLUVLUCK for a 100% Match up to $800.
Now the rules verbatim from site: Where a player has won using their first free money offer/no deposit bonus (i.e. no deposit was made), a maximum withdrawal amount of $100 applies. I received free spins won nothing. I deposited 50 got nothing as far as winnings. Then I deposited 28.00 and used the code Hein’s Luv Luck. This is the deposit I won on and I have screen shots to provide proof.

During my off time, I can jump on Jumba Bet Casino and expect that I can have some games that I can play. There are people who will have some good choices for their gaming needs. Hopefully, people can give this site a chance as there are good games here and the UI is pretty good which means that it's pretty easy to navigate. Hopefully, people can take a look at this because it has good potential.

When it comes to negatives, there are some fixable issues with the site. The navigation is a big part of that as there are some laggy and buggy parts of the site. Hopefully, they can fix them. Game selection is a bit sub par which can improve with time but for the meantime, it'll only get an average score but there is a good room for improvement.

Managed to wager 60X for max cashout of 100€. No withdraw buttons. Need to deposit 25€ to make withdrawal. Withdrawal times up to 10 days, it also COSTS 20$ to withdraw.
Terrible customer service. Assistant doesn't answer your questions but he will push you to make that deposits as hard as he can.
Instead of answering any questions until then. I don't recommend at all.

I like how manageable the wagering requirements are. There are also a lot of new games that I haven’t seen on other sites. They also have a user-friendly user interface. Easy to navigate. It also accepts cryptocurrency which is actually a good thing.

The only downside that I have noticed is that each page takes time to load. There are also a lot of going such as too many colours and transitions. Don’t like how they used chunks of texts which is not so friendly to read.

Very little. They accepted my money very quickly, not sure if that was a plus or not, considering their recalcitrance to allow me to withdraw my winnings.

The play through is now 60X bonus. They will apply a pending bonus and not allow you to forfeit it when you want to withdraw from the money deposited and miraculously beat the playthrough. There should always be a choice to forfeit a bonus before it is applied. In fact, the casino asked if I wanted to forfeit the bonus. I thought they meant the pending bonus. They meant the one I had just played through, so I lost that bonus. Now I can not forfeit this bonus like I did the one before. It is no wonder they offer so many bonuses, it traps you into not being able to ever withdraw your winnings.

I dislike the fact that, when you make a deposit and if it times out before you deposit, you are not given credit to play, although the funds are processed thru your bank.
No customer service. When you call- you get voicemail and never get a call back. No reply from emails. Thru live chat they tell you to email and crickets.
I will never play at this casino again and feel they should be shutdown.
Please don't spend your money at Jumba Bet. They are a big scam.

There games were cool- fun to play - they offered lots of bonuses- there is nothing else positive about this site- don’t play here- they give you the run around about every withdraw

Down side is you can only with draw $100 off of the bonus- I won $1500 and they reduced it to $100- every withdraw I had - I had to fight to get- one of the worst gaming sites there is out there- go play at cafe casino they are a class act!

Table games are definitely biased horribly in the casinos favor. I've played numerous sites and this site is amongst the worst I've ever endured. It's a shame that a site like this is allowed to exist online. No regulatory body = guaranteed sham. Trust me and don't even try it.
