Withdrawal request still pending after 10+days
on april 8 i requested a withdrawal of $300 from Jumba Bet Casino.. the request showed "pending", which was fine as i still needed to submit my proof documents.. i submitted those on the 10th.. my request still shows pending. i have attempted to get info 3 times through their chat function and as soon as i posed my question, "why is my status still pending?", i was disconnected from chat. i have emailed them 2 times and gotten no response. i have never gotten anything from them regarding my withdrawal request.. yes, i used a bonus. but i double-checkedf everything before and after and i played properly to be able to claim the winnings.. i dont know what to do..
