They wont pay out my winnings have emails stating my withdrawal was successful have tried contacting them via email and get no reply tried talking through live chat and get a rude response
I have screenshot majority of emails and transactions just want some help getting my win

Not processing my withdrawals

Original winnings were around $33000 but while unknowingly being given the run around played back in and was only trying to withdraw $12400. They don't answer their live chats and disconnect in the middle of their emails don't get through and google says it is because their inbox has met quota meaning it's full. I had to email an email I found on a random promo email I had received and that person then gave my info to a different person who is supposed to be part of their VIP program. They requested and asked and I provided and answered, Cody who is with their VIP program clearly stated in an email that everything was good to go and after doing a phone verification that accounting would pay me out. I did the phone verification they asked of me as well and at the end of the phone verification conversation, the female on the phone stated clearly she was clearly it and putting on my account that I had completed the verification and was all good to go that she would notify accounting. It's been almost 2 1/2 weeks since I actually won and still have not received my withdrawals. I went on the live chat this morning to see what was going on and they actually answered and tried to say they haven't paid me out because of not receiving docs but then when I told Kevin on the live chat that Cody with the VIP program cleared all of my docs and questions and had stated I only needed a phone to verify and that I completed my phone verify and that the women on the phone cleared the phone verification and accounting was just supposed to pay me out he responded with that my account is restricted due to multiple accounts. Which is My husband's account that he is speaking about which I already Cleared with Cody and sent in my actual marriage certif­ica­tio­n/l­icense and was already asked about and after providing docs and explanation they said it was ok and cleared. I just would like my withdrawal.

Update 06/03/2022 - NEVER PAID OUT AND LOCKED MY ACCOUNT. THEY COMPLETELY IGNORED ALL COMMUNICATIONS AFTER LOCKING MY ACCOUNT.

Getting the run around with loyalty bonus withdrawal

On 4/21/2019 I used loyalty points to claim free spins on slot game "Small Soldiers" at JumbaBet casino. I won $146 on the free spins. The required playthrough before I could collect was a massive $5872.00. The active bonus stated that any winnings from the bonus would be redeemed to my cash account once playthrough was met. I played for hours and managed to get my balance up to $1258.89 by the time I met the $5872.00 playthrough requirement. I requested a withdrawal of $1258.89. The casino takes 8 days to review my request and, when they do, they remove $1155.89 from my balance / request. I contacted customer support and was told that the max cash out on a no-deposit bonus is $100. This was not a no-deposit bonus - it was a loyalty bonus. Furthermore, if they want to try to use some technicality to get out of paying me the full amount, I will point to their own, published loyalty technicality. From their website:


"Maximum Withdrawal: No deposit bonuses rewarded to you by the Funky Fortunes

loyalty program carry a maximum cash out of $250 for Ruby, $500 for Emerald,

and $1000 for Diamond tiers respectively."


I am tier Emerald, therefore, according their escape clause for not paying people, I should have received $500 (not the $100 I received). I have spent a lot of money at JumbaBet (as evidenced by my tier level). I am sick of online casinos eagerly

taking our money and then balking when it is their turn to pay.

I am a regular player never had an issue at any other casino. I received an email invite as a “VIP” for free spins. It said reach out to customer service and it will be free game spins the number of spins would be you age, so I received 48. I also deposited 50.00 to play. After 15 min I lost my free spins and money. So I decided to play one more time. They have had problems with Visa so I deposited a weird amount 28.00. After I deposited it prompts you if you have a bonus. I did and I entered it, it said verbatim: To stretch your $ further use Hein’s LUVLUCK Code: which is a 100% Match up to $1000 today (you keep all the winnings if you win using this code). I used this code first: GWENSLUVLUCK for a 100% Match up to $800.
Now the rules verbatim from site: Where a player has won using their first free money offer/no deposit bonus (i.e. no deposit was made), a maximum withdrawal amount of $100 applies. I received free spins won nothing. I deposited 50 got nothing as far as winnings. Then I deposited 28.00 and used the code Hein’s Luv Luck. This is the deposit I won on and I have screen shots to provide proof.

The first time I won with them
They ended up giving me 500.00 and keeping 1000.00. I felt a bit uneasy on the trust. During this time I had hurt myself so I played more than normal. I won 6-8 weeks later roughly 3800. I had to remind them and it was brought up when I won this last time. The accounting man seemed upset that I had won and would not listen and interrupt. Unfortunately bc they are in a foreign country I was helpless.
They said I will receive 100 bc I won when I had not made a deposit! I made TWO-lol. I would really appreciate your assistance bc I lost my job before Christmas and when I play that money means something. I am not asking for charity just what I rightfully won.
