Issues with delayed withdrawal
I have been trying to make a withdrawal since the 9th of September. I have complied with the requirements for the withdrawal so I don't understand the delay. I have emailed them 3 times, tried live chat 2 times (where I got dropped both times), and sent them 3 messages regarding information on my "pending withdrawal" and still have been unable to even get a response from them. I have sent them copies of my ID, credit cards used, and a required utility bill and cannot even get them to confirm that they have received them. In the past I have typically got tired of waiting and played my winnings down to zero. I refuse to do that again and would just like to know the status of my withdrawal and the reason for that status..
