I requested a payout of $653.85 on 11/28/2018 via bitcoin. I've contacted customer support several times. I was told that my payment had been processed and that I should expect to receive it on Thurs., 12/06/2018. I have still not received it (despite contacting customer service twice since 12/06/2018).

The $653.85 was put back into my casino balance and, apparently, made available for withdrawal. I'm not exactly sure what the mix up occurred on JumbaBet's end, but I rescind my complaint. However, I will reopen the complaint should I not receive the new withdrawal request in a timely manner.
