Where to start. I sign up and receive my first deposit bonus which is 100% + 100 spins, I deposit 127 euros and get a 127 euro bonus. My favorite game is by evolution (live roulette) so I go in there and experience problems with limits of my bets. Live chat is very slow, and non-supportive almost like they don't read my questions. Anyways I proceed to win about 100 euros on live roulette, so now my my total balance is around 360 euros, but there is still a problem with my limits of betting in the roulette, it only lets me bet 5 euros. The live chat couldn't solve this particular issue, so I ask them multiple times if canceling my bonus will fix it, since apparently only real money can be used in the live roulette. They didn't know, but they surely told me that canceling my bonus will take away 127 euros, which is the bonus money I haven't used at all to this point. That was fair I thought until I cancel my bonus and boom back to 127 euros, I lost my winnings, about 100 euros, that I made using real money on the live roulette. This is so frustrating taking into account that this business tells me wrong information and I was robbed 100 euros.

Lastly, I have been on the live chat for 3 hours now, and it seems like the connection "disappears" when the rationality of my questions becomes too overwhelming for these guys.
