There's no ability to play for over a week now. You can deposit but the money will be frozen in there as you cannot withdraw. Have had problems from the word go. First deposit match bonus of 200% was not honoured, and several more from deposits following. When I raised this with the CS team on chat, they repeatedly say there have been technical issues that they are trying to resolve. They don't know how long this will take, what the problem is, or who to talk to to get some actual info to help me understand. They also have a weekly tournament that is based on spins, with decent prizes, however the tournament standings are completely incorrect, so there is clearly a problem in their programming there, as I am currently listed in 4th place, with nearly double the amount of points as the 1st place listed player.
