There's no ability to play for over a week now. You can deposit but the money will be frozen in there as you cannot withdraw. The verification also doesn't work till they manage to repair their technical problems but it takes so long. I never met casino which would have technical problems for so long. Indeed sometimes it took several minutes to go. I am very disappointed.

Have had problems from the word go. First deposit match bonus of 200% was not honoured, and several more from deposits following. When I raised this with the CS team on chat, they repeatedly say there have been technical issues that they are trying to resolve. They don't know how long this will take, what the problem is, or who to talk to to get some actual info to help me understand. They also have a weekly tournament that is based on spins, with decent prizes, however the tournament standings are completely incorrect, so there is clearly a problem in their programming there, as I am currently listed in 4th place, with nearly double the amount of points as the 1st place listed player.
These "tech issues" and complete lack of any explanation or update have been going on for 2 days now, and still the CS team will not provide any info. Starting to get concerned they have been hacked, or are just trying to get around providing the bonuses they clearly advertise on their own casino.

Where to start. I sign up and receive my first deposit bonus which is 100% + 100 spins, I deposit 127 euros and get a 127 euro bonus. My favorite game is by evolution (live roulette) so I go in there and experience problems with limits of my bets. Live chat is very slow, and non-supportive almost like they don't read my questions. Anyways I proceed to win about 100 euros on live roulette, so now my my total balance is around 360 euros, but there is still a problem with my limits of betting in the roulette, it only lets me bet 5 euros. The live chat couldn't solve this particular issue, so I ask them multiple times if canceling my bonus will fix it, since apparently only real money can be used in the live roulette. They didn't know, but they surely told me that canceling my bonus will take away 127 euros, which is the bonus money I haven't used at all to this point. That was fair I thought until I cancel my bonus and boom back to 127 euros, I lost my winnings, about 100 euros, that I made using real money on the live roulette. This is so frustrating taking into account that this business tells me wrong information and I was robbed 100 euros.
Lastly, I have been on the live chat for 3 hours now, and it seems like the connection "disappears" when the rationality of my questions becomes too overwhelming for these guys.

The max withdrawal from a no deposit bonus is too low.
