First, they give you a period of 7 days for deletion, allegedly after these 7 days your account will be blocked. You come in 10+ days, and they tell you that the application did not get sent and send a new application, again 7 days. You come in 10+ days, and you are told that will take more time. Then I went after 20 + days, and my account is all active. One of the worst casinos I have ever played at and the first one where I really felt ripped off, I selected the my welcome offer, then an instruction appeared on my screen informing me that a 10 dollar deposit was required to activate the bonus so I followed the instruction and after the deposit the spins were not added and when I queried it with support she had the audacity to tell me that if I made another deposit she would then add the bonus, disgusting, I will never play there again.

I am reluctant to say anything positive, but the chat representatives were quick and courteous to respond when I raised the issue with them... despite that, this casino really should be avoided, there are hundreds of casinos to choose from - this is the only one operating the ridiculous terms I describe below.
The 3x wagering requirement is fairly standard across the industry. However, in every casino I have ever played at, the wagering requirement resets to zero once you've lost the deposit. At FrankCasino, the wagering requirements are carried forward indefinitely.
How does this impact players? To give an example, if you had a bad run, lets say 3 consecutive days losing 300 euro each day, your account is liable for 2700 wagering requirement (three times 900 euro) before being allowed to make a withdrawal. So on the fourth day, you log in, deposit a tenner, and win 500 euro... they will then tell you that you have to complete the 2700 wagering requirement from all the losses on the previous day (plus the additional 30 euro for the new deposit) before being allowed to withdraw. At every other casino I've played at, when you deposit the tenner on the fourth day, your wagering requirement would be thirty euro - wagering requirement for all previous deposits are removed from the account when the deposits are lost. Wagering requirements carrying forward over time on your account might mean you find yourself in a situation where you can't win at all due to vast wagering requirements accruing over extended periods of bad luck. Needless to say wagering isn't carried forward after you've made a withdrawal... it resets to zero then... so they only carry forward negatively on your account, never favorably... it should be a two-way street if things are being carried forward. It's like you're constantly playing with bonus money, despite not accepting bonuses.
They do allow you to withdraw if you haven't met wagering requirements but for a penalty of 10% of your winnings... another ridiculous policy that I haven't seen anywhere else... doesn't this enable people to launder money on this site... just pay a fee and the casino allows you to forego wagering requirements that are designed to prevent fraudulent activity... just saying.
Furthermore, play on jackpot games doesn't count towards any wagering requirements. What about those of us who only play Jackpot games? You'll never be able to make a withdrawal because you'll never accrue any of the wagering requirements (unless you're prepared to pay them 10% of your winnings). When you make a withdrawal, the money doesn't go from your in-play balance... it just stays there until they come along to process your withdrawal, making it ever more likely that you're going to lose it back.
I just find it all absolutely absurd. Most people don't read T&C's when signing up at a new casino, because we expect them to be largely standard and fairly consistent, but this policy of carrying forward wagering requirements on money that has been lost in its entirety is extremely negative for players, so I felt I should make this review to highlight it for other unsuspecting players.

It doesn't have any instruments to limit your loss or amount of deposits, you cannot close your account by yourself.
And when you send them in chat that you cannot control your deposits and want to close account they reply that they cannot close it and technical department will review your request within 7 days (!!) ! And only after that they will shut down your account.

Once I had issue with withdraw but they fix the problem and I can't say that free bonus can give you a lot but it's our choice to take them or not. But one I can say, customer service is excellent, I have my own personal manager and he is very helpful all the time, and he is nice person as well, his name is Victor, I don't know it's his real name or not but he is the best, really.
