I can say that Frank Casino is more of a flexible site that has focused on customer experience. For starters, their chat has been off the charts and have done a great job to provide the needs of their players at any given time to be enjoyed at most.

The game selection is amazing. From Evolution to Yggrasil, the site actually has a competent selection. The events calendar seems busy so I guess there's a lot to offer for everybody. Personally, I didn't get to enjoy much of it myself but I did try a couple of times. It's just hard to keep up with the others. Frank Casino also comes with a sports betting page with my favourite league on it.

Unfortunately, the site itself has little to offer to make it worth staying for. It was easy for me to decide to move on to better casinos because of Frank Casino's lack of interesting bonuses. The deposit offers is really strange. I took an offer to get franks from deposit. The franks offer cost 20 euros and I got 10 euros worth of franks in exchange. How can you lose 10 euros real money from an offer? I tried to ask live chat can it be this way and they said yes. I’m so dissapointed that when I take offer I lose my own money. This site is a scam. I won $ 850 I received an email that the withdrawal request was accepted and that money was transferred to my account. I never received money. I called them and they told me that the bank refused payment. I called the bank and they told me that no payment come.
I contacted the site and it never answered me.
I closed the account permanently on this site! Is the only casino that did so!

I like playing at this casino. Contrary to the comments here, they actually have games with high RTPs so you can win more in the long run. But you know, gambling really needs luck and patience. They have a good number of games and a lot of providers.

The site loads slow sometimes, especially when you first open it. Aside from that, this is a personal preference that I do not like much delay especially in money transactions. The MasterCard transactions can take almost 2 days, but that's the longest I've waited.

Good selection of games. Netent, play n go, novomatic etc. Easy to navigate and decent design. Many ways to deposit and withdraw moneys. I dont know what else to say.

When you deposit, you have to roll over your deposit three times before you are able to withdraw. I want to say this to other players to keep in mind. If you play more, your rollover will decrease to 2 times your deposit. Also the account verification was very problematic here. I cannot recomend this site to other players.

The only good thing in this casino is DESIGN. Dark colors, which I really like. Oh and the customer support answers fast, but that's because they don't have a lot of people on the website :)

1. Casino will delay your verification as much as possible. Even if your winnings will be $200 - they'll delay it for 48+ hours! And you know what's funny? If your payment will be divided for 2+ parts they'll actually withdraw 1 part with the smallest amount :) Is that a real verification, huh ?)
