I was stunned by the bad score of this casino, so I decided to register here and write my own review too. Gaming experience has been great so far, site is fast and there seems to be whole bunch of games. There was little bit of waiting for approval of the documents, but when I contacted them via chat, it was taken care right away (special thanks to Emma). I have 750EUR pending at this time, but if there won`t be problem with withdrawal, I cannot find anything wrong with casino cruise.

DISLIKED

Nothing to dislike yet. Reviews and complaints here made me little bit worried, but if you don`t see me at complaints section, everything has gone as it should, and casino deserves good rating. One star reduced because of the waiting.

Casino Cruise was one of the first casinos I registered at. I think that was almost 2 years ago. I was happy to see I could pay in my own currency. They have slots from Netent, PlaynGo, Quick Spin and NextGen. I can only play Netent, PlaynGo and Quick Spin. I think due to license restrictions NextGen is blocked for me.

I took their welcome offer at the time when I registered but that time I only knew Netent slots and only played NetEnt. I could not manage to complete wagering requirements that time. Still the newbie factor was in me in terms of slots, wagering skills and volatility in slots.

I have not played here for a while, always took some no deposit offers in between, but could never win anything. Yesterday I received an email for 100% bonus and 10 free spins and I decided to claim it. Deposit R150zar and received the bonus instantly, but did not bother to play the free spins yet.

Soon I went onto PlaynGo as these are the slots I use these days as the pay-out for me on these slots are much better than the poor Netent. I first fired up Vikings Runecraft and raised my balance, then I went to moon princess, took about 300 spins and no feature but my balance was increased. I played a bit of other slots from PlaynGo, few hours later I managed to complete wagering and requested R1020zar withdrawal.

I sent in my document for verification and now I am waiting to hear what they say. They said verification takes 48 hours and withdrawal could take up to 48 hours as well. Askgamblers website say the withdrawals to e-wallets take up to 24 hours, so I am not sure what is the right answer.

I am eagerly waiting for my money and hope I do not run into troubles. I think they should be able to process winnings same day. This 48-hour withdrawal times nonsense is old school

Good selection of games and some of the customer service representatives are very nice and helpful.

I have found this site to be misleading, after spending around£5000 on this site in the past year I was "lucky to become vip" which was supposed to come with a heap of benefits none of which I have seen unless you count constantly being asked to deposit so I will be given a 50% bonus on top with huge wagering requirements. As a vip you are supposed to receive weekly cashback again none of which I saw, every week there was a new reason why I wouldnt be getting the cashback and every week I would be told I would get it next week aslong as I kept depositing hundreds of pounds and you guessed it it never appeared. I had been given the cashback and other promotions I was supposed to be entitled to as a vip it would of come to quite a few hundred pounds and I think this was the reason as to why I never got it. End of the day if you don't want to pay it out then don't advertise it. It's unfair to players who are looking forward to receiving there benefits as a player, add that to the members of staff who simply wernt interested it's a sad mixure. Either remove the so called benefits casino cruise or pay out to your customers.
