Hi, I received an email from Platinum Play on 10th of November: Unfortunately, irregular activities have been taking place on your Platinum Play (Flash)(Malta) casino account (ingridalabu) and it has been locked. We are investigating the matter in order to determine if we can unlock the account. If this be possible we will inform you by email. You may receive an email requesting that you send us verification documents. If you do not hear from us please be aware that we will not be reconsidering the status of your account and it will therefore remain locked. This decision will only have been made after a thorough investigation has been completed. If we determine that your account must remain locked any attempted withdrawals will not be processed and balances from winnings will be removed as per our terms and conditions. Should you need any assistance or additional information we have a 24-hour support team which you are more than welcome to contact. Regards, The player security team Platinum Play (Flash)(Malta) I contacted the chat, however, I was told they cannot say anything at that moment. I contacted the chat a week later on 17th of November and I was told that my account will remain locked and it is the final decision. I was asking for explanation what I had done wrong that my account was locked but they just kept repeating they could not explain anything. Before receiving the email that my account is locked (on 10th of November) I requested a withdrawal of 551 euros on 8th of November. So that is the amount they did not pay me and locked my account.

Hello! I can give a honest review on this casino, as a person who is very concerned about not being paid my winnings, and being asked for documents. I believe I can be as honest as possible for people like me who look to join a casino and look at reviews, so I have been with Platinum play for maybe over a year, I had made many small withdrawals under $500 but as it swings in roundabouts I would have periods of loss until I finally got a bigger win. Thought Platinum will eventually ask for documents but they don't always ask you, when you first begin, especially on small withdrawals. Then again with small ones u can be asked sometimes. Recently when I won over 1000 that moment came when they asked me for documents, I thought this was the time all the horror stories I have heard would come true for me, but they asked me for two forms of ID, one was not good quality so I had to resend it, in under 24 hours they sent me an email saying they had approved my documents. I then thought well I wont win now ... but to my surprise not only did they process my documents and pay me my winnings, with in 3 days I also won a further amount of money. This is 100% by far one of the best most honest casinos that there is. I am a real person .. no one has asked me to write this, and I am very thankful to platinum play for keeping to their word as other casinos are not as good as them.

You DO need to be aware that if you have tried to make double accounts they WILL find out, you can't do that, so if you want to play with them, make sure you go in the chat and just ask them to check if your ip has any other accounts, because sometimes we make accounts at lost of casinos and we just forget. The only downside to this casino I think is I wish they had some of the newer games like book of dead, and Egypt pyramid game. I would be so happy if they did bring them in .. and the only other thing is sometimes the customer service can miss understand what I'm saying, or get grumpy at me ... although I am nearly friends with the chat now as I've been around for so long they know me. lol. Yes, 3 weeks is standard for them to pay out. I finally got my 3000euro winnings after 3 week. Same happens 2 friends of mine, the ask for verifying again and again and again, and than the say the cant make withdraw on credit card. The even called me and I finally thought the gonna pay me now, bot no, there is always something else. The play a kind off "Cat and Mouse game"

When I think about this Platinum Play Casino, my memories go back as far back at the early 2000s, because it was during those early years that I had signed up at the casino. Yes, it was that long ago, and frankly speaking, I cannot remember if I had closed my account at Platinum Play Casino or not. Not that it matters now anyway. Ah well, after being dormant for so long, I'm sure the casino would have closed my account by now, but the records may still be somewhere in Microgaming's data bank.

What I can remember is that platinum Play was one of the better dedicated Microgaming casinos at that point in time, with a few other sister casinos, and that I had deposited and played quite a number of times there. However, the fact remains that I could not make any single win at any Microgaming casino in those days, which eventually led me to totally abandon all Microgaming casinos that I have opened an account at, turning my focus to Playtech casinos instead. In fact, I had signed up at practically every Microgaming casino that allowed me to register, so the number of accounts that I had was pretty large. However, my luck at each and every one of them was simply disastrous! Perhaps being not so experienced at that point in time may be a reason for it, but that wouldn't make any sense at all, because I could make wins at many Playtech casinos.

Nowadays, my interest in a few of Microgaming games has since been rekindled, but I can only play these few games at multi-platformed casinos.
