Laggy gaming with reloads and a 2 seconds wait on spins with no win which kind of sucked. You dont want to know if youre going to win before spin is made. No compensation for that crappy gameplay. Therefore I cant give this casino more than 1 star because the actual gaming is critical for me. It should just work.

After my 2nd small deposit I got lucky and manged to win euro 600 so I withdrew my winnings.
I am always a bit nervous when withdrawling for the first time at a casino, but all went well,
After being a couple of hours pending, I received a friendly mail requesting proof adress and identity, after replying with the 2 documents I got a confirmation with a ticket number and within the promised time all was verified and directly after verification my pending withdrawal was processed.

I deposited and went to live help for the bonus but live help wasn't available. It stated do not spin until you have talked to live help however it took 12Hrs to get a response. The response was to deposit and talk to live help but as ever live help wasn't available. This appears to be a bonus that you never going to get. I deposited £650 but still have no bonus. I can't really comment on any withdrawal but can't imagine the hurdles you would have to jump. Bottom line Jetbull get more live help handlers and keep your players.

Just completed KYC procedure and withdrawal. Am nervous with all casinos these days as always expect some email telling me winnings have been confiscated blah blah blah.
