Delayed pay Jetbull

I won 3/12/2019 1000€ and i made a withdrawal and send documents. After 5 days they canceled my withdrawal without reason. I asked reason to chat and they didint know. I have now made a new withdrawal request which will probably be canceled again for the same unknown reason as the previous one. I dont know what I can do now.

The reason I selected Jetbull Casino was because of the bank transfer withdraw option they offered . This is the method I use to withdraw funds if I am so lucky to win. I was fortunate and won $800 Canadian on April 25th . I requested to withdraw those winnings at that time and now they are saying that they do not offer the bank transfer option to Canadians. The reason they claim is because of the “closed loop policy” which is a part of the UK Gaming Commission which Jetbull Casino is licensed under.

Actually Jetbull Casino is Licensed under both the UK Gaming Commission which has the policy closed loop policy, and the Malta Gaming Authority which does not have this policy. The “closed loop policy” states how a customer deposits funds into their Jetbull account is the way they have to withdraw them. The Malta Gaming Authority does not have this policy in place which means a casino and customer can withdraw funds through various process. It seems Jetbull Casino is choosing what license to use or why else would they have two license. So now JetBull Casinos could potentially switch between the two licenses and delay or even deny a customers of their winnings.
I deposited funds into my JetBull account through my Visa debit, and they do not accept a reversal or a deposit back onto the debit card from casinos. I know this and this the reason I look for casinos that offer “bank transfers” as an option.

On their website as well as a majority of the casino review websites states that the bank transfer process is available to Canadian players. The choice of withdrawing funds is not disclosed until you go to withdraw and then it is too late since you already deposited and playing.
Now they are saying the only option available to me is to use a certain e-wallet which I don’t have an account as I have closed it for reasons.

I have sent email to their head office, EveryMatrix NV Casinos and their money management company Gammatrix Business Unit a recommendation that came through one of my many chat conversation. I received an email saying that they have created a “ticket “and nothing since it has been a good week now. Nice public relations!

So, it has been over two weeks now and it has been a very poor experience with this Jetbull Casino in regards to withdrawing funds and their communications department...

Why is this an issue so often? You would think the licensing bodies would tighten up on these types of misleading practices...

I asked for a withdrawal just over 24 hours ago (not a long time in itself ) but have received no acknowledgement of the request via email nor have they asked for documents . I have sent these anyway in an attempt to speed up the process but received again no acknowledgement that they have received them . I have tried to contact them via live chat but this just lead to me being told they would reply to my message via email . No person to speak with on the chat . It feels like a ghost town. i see the withdrawal as pending on my account . the withdrawal is for £100 .

Hi, I made £210 deposits on jetbull casino in 3 seperate deposits after successfuly creating an account. I got to £300 and tried to withdraw £230 however it wouldnt let me. I spoke to an online agent who advised me to keep trying. I did and it still wouldnt work. I continued to play for a little longer and then attenpted to withdraw again only to then have a message pop up saying your account has been self excluded!! I asked an online agent why this was and she refused to give me ANY information and told me to email every matrix and i was advised i would get a response within 24 hours. 2 emails and 80 hours later and i havent even had so much as an acknowledgement!? I have looked through all sites operated by every matrix and i dont recall ever self excluding from any of their sites. Its now been nearly 4 days and i am stuck! Jetbull have took my deposits refused to let me withdraw £230 and then blocked my account without any reason when i tried to make another withdrawal. If i have self excluded from another one of their sites (which i dont recall) why have they allowed me to sign up and make 3 seperate deposits. Why when i tried to make a withdrawal was i fobbed off with 'keep trying' and allowed to continue to play? Why was my account blocked without reason? Why was i told i would get a response within 24 hours only to recieve nothing!? Are jetbull just allowed to take/keep my deposits AND winnings!?

Offered me 100% bonus so I deposited £30 but they only credited me 50% bonus . I tried Contact them via live chat only to say there busy ( it has been saying this all day ) and to leave a message , left them a message, almost 24 hours later, still no reply. Hy, I have requested a withdraw of 2300€ via skrill 6 days ago and submited my verification documents twice also 6 days ago. they have told me that the verification process takes a maximum of 3 days and the skrill withdraw a max of 1 day, yet after 6 days they have not even verified my documents, neither was I contacted by them in any way. I contacted them numerous times by live chat, was told they will check the documents but they have done nothing.

I registered on Jetbull Casino on 21st Aug - deposited £100 an played some slots - I won £224.90 and made a successful withdrawal, within 3 days the money was back in my account - I was impressed with this casino so a few days later I decided to play some more - over 2 days (28th & 29th Aug I deposited a total of £1700) - I played some more slots and won a total of £3230. On the 29th Aug I made a withdrawal and was asked to verify my account - standard procedure with a lot of casinos so I sent my documents right away, Today I have received a message from Every Matrix who own Jetbull Casino to say I have previously self excluded from a casino owned by Every Matrix (they did not give me the name of the casino I am supposed to have self excluded from) and said that my account was temporary blocked. They have also stated that My self exclusion has ended and I can re-enable my account if I let them know. I have replied and let them know how angry I am as now that I have won a large amount all of a sudden they have blocked my account, before this I could deposit and withdraw with no problems. This seems so fishy to me and I feel like they are going to stop my winnings from being paid out, can somebody please help me? Thank you

On 7th June I signed up to Favour it casino - part of the EveryMatrix Group and a sister site of Jetbull. Before I was allowed to make my first deposit I had to verify my account. On 8th of June I was allowed to make my first deposit of £150 and claim a 200% bonus. With this bonus I was delighted to win £7797.80. Unfortunately when I logged in to play with my balance on 10th of June I was unable to use any of the games and soon after I received an email saying that Favour it was to cease trading immediately. My balance was to be migrated to Jetbull (which I had never even heard of) and quelle surprise - any bonus winnings which had not been fully wagered would be cancelled. Quite clearly this is the definition of a rogue casino operator. Unfortunately it is very difficult to bring this company to justice. Favouor it no longer respond to any correspondence as they have ceased to trade, and Jetbull are claiming that they have nothing to do with it (despite the fact that they are where my money now is) and tell me to email favour it again. I have emailed UKGC who were the regulator for Favour it but they say they are not the Alternative Dispute Regulator for Favour it and I need to contact eCogra to handle an individual dispute. eCogra say they are no longer the ADR for Favour it as they no longer exist and their licence with UKGC is 'inactive' - does this simply mean that they can close down and instantly no longer have to answer to any kind of regulatory body? I am fed up of being sent round in circles and cant believe it is this easy for a casino to close down and completely dissappear. Quite clearly Jetbull/EveryMatrix need to step up and take responsibility.

I recently registered with jetbull and won 4000GBP fortunately. Only to be told that i was not able to have my winnings due to a self exclusion from CasinoFloor casino on 22/04/15 in which everymatrix ltd. operate. I had registered at nextcasino 12/01/16 with my account verified and was able to withdraw i assumed that all other everymatrix casinos would allow me to play and win. But to my suprise they took several deposits amounting to 300GBP @jetbull casino only to be told about the self exclusion upon my withdrawal. I have the emails stating i was verified and no other emails stating my account was closed at next casino. I find this to be unfair play and highly unprofessional. I should be able to take my winnings from jetbull as i did from nextcasino

Its been 5 days when i complained about what happened with me in blackjack live casino i have all proofs as screenshots and yet everyday i ask what happened and they have no answer what so ever and they keep asking me to wait for an email and now its been 5 days.below is the explaination of what happened. 1)Firstly what happened twice that when i have pockets in black jack i dont get the split option first time it made me lose with pocket 8's i wanted to split but couldnt and i lost. And i could of won the Bet was 100 usd. Second pocket A's luckily i didnt lose the hand but if i splited i would of doubled and won. 2) i automaticaly get logged out while playing which made me lose 100 usd :s :s this always happens while playing after like 30 minutes or so my account automaticaly logs out :s which lastly occured a loss after betting 100usd on blackjack. When i got a 12 and then logges out and i couodnt hit !!! And also i wouldnt of lost if i was not logged out . I have attached photos for youre reference so you can see. First is the split issue with aces and second is the hand when i had 12 and it made me logout when i had nothing to do with it.  And the thid with my ace eight is the hand after my hand with the two 8's that i didnt get to hit. Please folow up this issue.
