Has a big variety of games from all providers. I only play here for the Novomatics. Website seems to work quick enough and all slots seem to work properly.


Live chat never available, lengthy delays to replies via email. Withdrawals are not processed on a weekend and take longer than the 24-48 hours stated here. More like a week or more at least. Poor customer service and confusing verification process. Poor bonus structure.

Yeah easy format design of website. many games to choose from. The main reason I play here and to be honest the only reason me is the lock feature for withdrawal is it is only casino I'm aware of in Australia which has such a thing all casino should I dump Miss or a similar thing.


Ok I'm sure you guys expect want I am going to say. I've been playing at the casino 4 years I have no problems with them they were one of my regulars as of about December is changed when all of a sudden a withdrawal took three to four week to arrive to me lol constantly getting excuses from the chat agents. sure accidents happen something about a banking system being installed through their payment provider whatever that means was the issue things will be running smoothly I was told. The next time I withdrew money it's didn't arrive quickly that used to but it was not late I was not unhappy about this. Few more withdrawals until my recent one they have been stuck in processing for no reason even sometimes it's a validated only to speak to a chat agent a couple days later to find out it is not validated there is always an excuse with these guys.

Just because all of people's complaints get resolved does not give a right to be holding onto people's money. They always blame their payment provider I'm sure you guys earn a lot of money... ? I'm sure you guys could I forward a payment provider that is a good one and pays on time and promptly and is reliable to keep your customers happy or you could keep doing what you were doing and I think you guys will not have many customers anymore. I currently I have a withdrawal which placed on the 6th of September. I just logged in and it is a 9th of September it is not even past the processing stage it says and validated still. It clearly states everywhere in their own terms that withdrawal rules are processed within 24 hours usually in your account within 2 to 5 days give or take. Even when my withdrawal slip process tear I expect them to be late I don't know when they were off at other casinos I know when I'm going to get my money. I have been putting off putting a complaint in here as I send it unnecessarily and I did not want to damage their company that I think the more people letting others know what is going on would perhaps persuade them to fix their problem. I expect they will eventually pay me that is not the in Australi in Australia it is very hard or impossible to get to speak to a chat agent as it is between 12 a.m. and 4 a.m. that they seem to be available if you email them you get a vague response within a day to 2 days I have asked them to call me I have offered to call them and pay for a phone call it is about principal I am waiting to hear from them. I'm not sure if they will call me, I have asked them to in the past and they don't. The irony, here is what reads on their "contact us" page.
