I think they can still improve on that one by adding more parts on the changes for the games they offer since it is very limited and can be boring if we played it for a long time now. That is why they need to make that change in it for the max experience.

The game selection for slots is huge so the site really lives up to its name. I've also tried their virtual reality games which makes the experience so much more authentic.

For all the games they offer, it's unfortunate that they don't offer any live games, and outside of slots, the game choices are limited. I had a lot of fun with the virtual reality games but the experience would have been better if I got to play at live tables as well.

I received and email from them saying they are closing my account for not updating my now expired documentation (Passport).
Am I not allowed to take a break from gambling? I've never had a site close my account for not updating my Expired Cards or ID.

I have made deposits via EMT and they where not credited, sometimes the word instant means nothing, also when you send an EMT it is auto deposited into there account then when you ask them about it they tell you they never received it and to call your bank.
These are experiences I have had as a costumer people may have different ones, but I would stay away

SlotsMillion has the biggest selection of slots I've ever seen from nearly every provider. Site layout is okay if perhaps a little dated. It's rare to play at a casino that only offers slots and no live casino, I find that refreshing, and they certainly make up for that with their massive range of slots. I love the fact that most of the games open in a large window making them clear & crisp & easy to play. No lag on any games, all run smooth. Although I only made my first withdrawal yesterday, I see It was processed today. Not a problem as it is the weekend. Hopefully the withdrawal process to my bank is fast.

As I say, the site looks a little dated. It could do with an update. Apart from that, I really have no other issues. I recommend SlotsMillion to everyone and don't really understand the reasonably low rating.

Fast payouts, very helpful costumer service. Nice casino to play. Good variety of games. Some slots have big delays which makes them unplayable, but they have over 3000 slots so its alright.

Delayed my withdraw twice, once for verification asking bank statements, proof of ID etc. No problem, after that they denied again because I had to verify my phone number, never heard that one before. After verify they paid me within 30 minutes so that was nice.

I really like the wide assortment of games, responsive site in terms of loading etc.
Customer service does respond, as I been able to get on their chat many, many, many times.

The verification process. I have been with them for over a month, yes a month. I used the exact same documents for a different casino and verification took hours. But this casino has issues. I would say the number one insult for all gamblers is to have to wait to receive their withdrawal. They had no problem cashing my many deposits to their casino but after at least 10 deposits I finally have a withdrawal. So unfortunately I am not a fan of the casino, I have a full time job, so spending hours with support staff to get an account verified is not something I like to do.

I've not had one problem playing here. A huge selection of games, even with the lack of providers for Canada. Still plenty to choose from. Love the 5 dollar bonuses I receive pretty frequently.

As commented in the previous review you wrote on the 23rd of February, the payment of your withdrawal was not processed on the 25th for a simple reason: until now we didn't officially process withdrawals on week-ends. However, for your personal knowledge, we have started to do so for a few weeks, at a low scale still, but we will start to process more and more to fulfil this need.
Believe me there was absolutely no intention to delay your withdrawal and it was actually processed as soon as the Payment team came back to the office on Monday.
