I was told to contact support in email that my withdrawal was denied. So I logged into the casino and my withdrawal was denied and no money was returned on my balance. I contacted the support and this was what I was told. I had not broken any bonus terms and it is insane to terminate my winnings with no reason. Cant trust this casino if they can do anything they want with no reason.

1494,8€ was removed from my account.
